Carlos asked with an expressionless face. Obviously, Leah could see that her son was in a foul mood. After looking at her son carefully, she asked, ”Are you drunk, my son?”

Leah looked her son up and down with a confused expression. After making sure that her son was fine, except that he looked pale and reeked of alcohol, she felt a little relieved.

Her worry and concern for Carlos could be seen quite plainly, and one of her family's retainers followed closely behind her, ready to support her arm if necessary.
