Estelle frowned and stared closely at the well-groomed middle-aged woman in front of her. She was Estelle's mother.

Seeing Estelle's reaction, Suzanne indifferently pulled back her hand and, with a stiff smile, said, ”What are you talking about? Did something happen to you? I have no idea what you are talking about!”

Suzanne warned Estelle with her eyes gleaming in disgust. At this moment, Suzanne revealed her true colors.

Upon hearing what her mother had said, Estelle lowered her head, utterly shamed and filled with a sense of desolation.

It turned out that everything had been fake! Her mother had never felt concern for her and her sister. Looking at the woman who was her mother, Estelle's heart sank into darkest despair.

Darren's face darkened. He flung the file onto the desk with a heavy thud and said coldly, ”If you still can't give me a satisfactory answer before you get off from work this evening, you can get the hell out of my company!”
