Chapter 967 The Patient Was Successfully Rescued (2/2)
There was nothing to do but wait for Jacob to be out of danger. They paced anxiously in front of the operating room, waiting for news from the doctor.
Swoosh!
The door of the operating room opened suddenly. With a grave look, the doctor walked out and said, ”The patient is struggling to find the will to live, so we need one of his family members to go in and give him spiritual support. This will be the only chance to get him out of danger
back to life, ' she thought, relieved that he would survive, but saddened because of what she had said.
Because of fear, Michelle felt weak and her mind went blank. She couldn't remember how she had walked out of the emergency room; she only vaguely remembered that Jacob had been lying in bed with his eyes closed in the intensive care unit. Both Seamus and Michelle had sent their men to the village to look for Emily, but they couldn't find her. Shortly afterwards, David also sent someone to look for her, but there was still no news about her. Emily was nowhere to be found.
No one knew where she had gone, or if she was even still alive.
Many people had been killed and injured in the village. Seamus suddenly realized that it was not a coincidence, so he began to investigate how the fire had broken out and who the arsonists were. He wanted vengeance for his beloved Emily who had been taken by the fiery blaze.

”Come in!”
he said arrogantly in a cold voice. There was a hint of malice in his eyes. ”What's the matter?” he asked without looking back.
”Congratulations!”
A man swaggered into Darren's office with a significant smile.
