Chapter 691 Extra Story 02 Of Sean And Cloris (1/2)
Sean had never seen Cloris cry so sadly, and he hugged her stiffly in his arms, asking with a voice hinting at panic, ”What's wrong with you?”
”Sean, I...” She clung to him, and cried, ”Dear brother, I am going to die...”
After he heard the last sentence, Sean's heart skipped a violent beat and he asked, ”Do you know what you are saying?”
”I know... I...” Cloris answered with her head tucked into his chest. Her eyes were red from a teary flood, but she finally left his arms and said, ”Dear elder brother, I have saved plenty of pocket money. It is all hidden in the closet and, besides that, there is my comic books, the collection of novels, snacks and... and... After I die, you can take all of it. Please remember to tell Daddy and Mommy to not be sad. They can have a new baby...”
Her words became more and more ridiculous, so Sean grabbed her shoulders and asked slowly with quite a serious expression, ”What the hell has happen to you? Tell me now!”
”I'm bleeding. There is so much blood...” Cloris sobbed and said, ”I might not survive.”
The expression on Sean's face changed rapidly, ”Bleeding? Where are you hurt?”
However, after Cloris heard this question, she just kept silent with her face flushed, and hemmed and hawed.
Sean couldn't bear the delay and shouted, ”If you don't tell me, I will check for myself!” He didn't want to wait for her response, so he rapidly picked her up and took her into the room, where he put her on the bed and closed the door.
As soon as he put Cloris down, he felt something warm wet his palms.
When he checked his palms, he saw there was deep red blood on them, so he was quite shocked!
Cloris knew that she couldn't conceal it any more, so she had to tell the truth, ”The, the lower part of my body has been bleeding for two days, and I just can't make it stop...”
Sean stared at the blood on his palm. He was a seventeen-year-old teenager, and he had some physiological knowledge from his studies at school, so he definitely knew what this meant.
”You... It is a normal phenomenon...”
Although he knew what it was, he had no idea how to explain it to his younger sister.
