Bam, bam, bam! Tuo Bayu threw strikes after strikes at the tiger but it remained unscathed. It swiped back at the brute, leaving a few marks on Tuo Bayu’s chest.
On the other end, the Stormphantom Panther was giving Lan Guzhuo a difficult time too.
Both the Scarlet Sky Tiger and the Stormphantom Panther were animals, which was to say the longer they fought, the more aggressive they became and the more erratic their attack patterns would be, making them unpredictable.
Big Man Lei’s expression changed. The Ye Castle had two rank nine beasts. His sources said the Ye Clan was nothing more but a measly little presence in the Eighteen Houses of Lianyun. How could they have such might? The Xiwu Empire was far too terrifying!
All of his men were proficient warriors carefully hand picked off the military camps. They never had trouble conquering the rest of the countries yet here, in Xiwu Empire, they met their contender.
Seeing how Tuo Bayu and Lan Guzhou were all having a difficult time, Big Man Lei channeled his Celestial Chi, preparing to take out the tiger and the panther. He could sense a lethal presence locking on him. That terrifying aura sent chills down his spine. He looked ahead. It was Ye Chen charging for him, his every step caused the surrounding Celestial Chi to ripple.

“I’m your opponent!” Ye Chen was covered in faint traces of light for he had activated the Chi Construct Barrier.
Big Man Lei could sense the pressure Ye Chen was exerting. He was startled! The teenager before him was a top Ninth Stage combatant. Just going by Celestial Chi alone, he was stronger than Tuo Bayu and Lan Guozhuo!
