Despite being a perfect-type protagonist, his charisma and halo have already been destroyed due to his corruption. He tends to make simple mistakes and fall to any antagonist's scheme because of his carelessness.

Because of his growth and his grudge against you, his plot armor strength is progressively getting stronger as time goes by, and he will keep growing more powerful as long as you leave him alone.

Because the storyline has been altered due to your interference, he now treats you as his nemesis, turning you into the main antagonist in his story. As such, his plot armor and luck will always react to your presence and help Ling Tianlong overcome your trickeries, schemes, and any ordeal that is caused by you!
Fortunately, his plot armor and luck don't work against other protagonists, who are not supposed to be a part of his story. Moreover, if he becomes an antagonist in another protagonist's story, his power, luck, and fate will be weakened to the point that he would reduce to an ordinary filler character. You might be able to exploit this loophole to defeat Ling Tianlong.
