Uriel grinned, ”Death Essence on the planet is the bane of Life Essence. Mao Miaomiao cultivates Life Essence, so he can't possibly live here.”

”Ah!” Azazel widened her sheep eyes and closed her mouth as she had figured what Uriel had been scheming.

After crossing over from the dryad plane, everyone gathered around the arena platform as they were waiting for Miaomiao and Hopea.
The creatures looked around and stopped their gaze at the tall pylon tower. They inhaled and enjoyed the rich Life Essence in the air.
Several large insects crawled toward the moat, where the used spring water had filled.
Like the beastmen when they first came to Siren City, these creatures were attracted by the scent of rich Qi in the water. A few blood-sucking queen ants and their soldiers started digging the soil and creating new nests nearby.
Giant flesh-eating termites followed the moat line to the southern gate area. Then, several termite queens started laying eggs while their bodyguards began constructing their fortresses with the local mud and soil.
Volleyball-sized mosquitoes also flew around as they were attracted to the blood sea. An army of 5,000 giant pests migrated to the west shore and began sucking the crimson water in glee.
The giant death hornets had another idea. Their queen brought her people north to where Huangjin Monastery had been constructed. Several of the hornets began gathering usable fibers and mud to create a new nest behind a monastery.
As if the ents had noticed the mass migration and the future issues, a dozen of them followed the pests with many uprooted plants in their arms, planning to settle nearby to keep an eye on them.
As so many insects, pests, and monsters moved around on their own, the local beastmen and monks had their worries. They immediately complained to Zhao Bao and Mao Xueyan.
As everything was in chaos, Miaomiao and Hopea arrived. The portal was also closed after they had appeared.
”Good timing. We have several issues, Miaomiao.”
Wei Yuan, who had left the herb plane before Miaomiao, explained the potential troubles and the urgent issues at hand.
Yet, Miaomiao and Hopea didn't seem to worry about the pests or the insects.
”Let me handle this.”
Miaomiao took a deep breath and transformed into a colossus wood dragon once more. Then, he spoke in a deep and clear voice.
”ALL BEINGS FROM EMERALD HOPEA'S PLANE, DO NOT MOVE ON YOUR OWN. WE SHALL ALLOCATE A BETTER PLACE FOR YOUR NEW HOME!!”
The insects and pests stopped what they were doing and regrouped around the arena platform once more. They rested on the ground and gazed at Miaomiao as if he was their idol or god.
The people of Siren City dropped their jaws, staring at Miaomiao and the dangerous creatures.
The yin slaves also were stunned. Jiang Lan widened her eyes, ”Wow. Miaomiao can transform into a dragon now?”
Liu Guang had another idea. She turned to her three heaven-grade dadaos, ”Those are impressive mosquitoes, termites, ants, and hornets. Hey, little red, do you think they are stronger than your pets?”
The grotesque dadao hummed as if it protested its master, telling her that it could create better monsters for her.
As the people of Siren City kept watching, Miaomiao and Hopea began writing a map of Siren City and its surrounding areas on the platform. Both of them took their time while everyone was waiting in earnest.
Two hours later, they completed their first draft of their plan. Miaomiao gestured the dryads, hornets, and the ents to follow him. As for Hopea, she gathered the mosquitoes, termites, and ants to the south of Siren City, away from the hub of the local population.
Hopea allocated the mosquitoes and blood-sucking ants to occupy the shoreline so that they could use the Blood Sea as their primary food source. As for the termites, who rarely got along with the ants, were allowed to create multiple nests anywhere in front of the south wall. However, they were not allowed to block the main roads or attack any traveler for food since Miaomiao and Hopea would be taking care of providing them with meat and alternate food sources.
The local people were relieved when the issue was quickly handled. Though some of them were still afraid of flesh-eating termites.
While they were watching how the pests had been migrating, a strong wind blew from the east to west as if someone had caused a shockwave. Then, thick wood Qi and yellowish gas followed.

Sima Fang, Xun Yu, and Xun You, who had been staying inside Siren City as Zhao Bao's guests, flew up to inspect the strange wood Qi from the east.
These three merchants had been waiting to discuss the elixir trade, but Miaomiao had already entered the herb plane when they arrived. As such, Zhao Bao, who had been acting as the city's guardian, allowed them to stay in this city until they could talk to Miaomiao.
These curious people wondered what Miaomiao had been doing. They wanted to get closer to the east, but they were afraid that they wouldn't be able to return since many things had happened outside.
They didn't have to wait long for more interesting things to develop. After a minute of waiting, strange plants from the east started spreading and growing at a rapid rate.
Wooden corns, herbal plants, ginseng, and various types of trees occupied the empty plain, releasing sweet medical scents to the air.
Further to the east where Yuan Shaoqing's camps used to be, a new forest had been created. Each tree was over five meters tall and was over ten meters in diameter thick.
Moreover, at the center of the forest, a certain tree, which had grown from a coconut-like seed, shot up to the sky.
From a glance, the unknown tree was several kilometers in height as it went through the clouds. Its massive trunk was even bigger than Siren City!
The world tree, the reincarnation of Cernun, was born. Billions of large leaves on the tree shone in silver light and released Holy Light Element Qi, blessing the surrounding lands with luck energy and Life Essence.
Now, with two sources of Life Essence, the Qi in the area became so thick that every elder started to feel younger. Even Zhao Bao could feel that his skin got smoother, and his vigor soared.
Everyone stared at the world tree in astonishment and awe. Although no one understood what had transpired over there, they figured that the golden age of Siren City was around the corner.
