As a result, 2nd stage cultivators could use basic qi techniques, such as body strengthening and projectile arts. As for skill mastery, they were still considered newbies in the cultivation world. Most of them could still be easily defeated by weaker cultivators.

The strength of 2nd stage cultivators varied. Depending on their preparation and foundation before they advanced to this level.
