Chapter 78: A Smile That All Men Knew About

How could William win the favor of a princess within a short time?

It was very obvious.

It was a difficult question.

But to the handsome William…

“Er, it’s equally hard. She has a unicorn that could spoil my plan.” William pondered over it and came up with a plan. He walked briskly with confidence.

The scenery of Blue Moon Town was picturesque. The blue lake was rippling with charm while the buildings looked splendid and magnificent. The town was on a higher level than the City of Dawn.

It could not be helped.

The deep interior of the Blackleaf forest where the Elves resided was not constructed as a city. It had been developed as a small town without any walls instead. Hence, it looked more appealing.

The Elfin kids were not burdened with nine years of mandatory education. They had their freedom, and could play until the age of 13. They were supposed to unleash their inner nature and give shape to it, as the Elves had a very long lifespan.

After their age reached 13 years, their parents would let their kids make their choices. It did not matter what they were. As long as their kids loved what they were doing, the parents would fully support them.

Would the kids choose to be a professional?

Erm…

The Elves were not like Humans. Their talents and potential were able to let them become professional even if they didn’t try hard. Learning magic and mastering battle energy were too easy for them.

It was unlike the Human nations where college for education in mastering battle energy and learning magic skills were constructed.

The Elfin lifespan was a few thousand years. They had all the time to become revered scholars, warriors, artists and poets.

“Oh, it’s you. It has been a long time, uncle.” A little charming girl who had been playing with the lake water walked over, as she spotted William. Her pointed Elfin ears were red as though she were blushing.

“Hehe, it’s you…” William tried to restrain his smile. He was fated to encounter this little sharp-tongued girl. He had also met her the previous time.

“I’m called Aliya Seel. What’s your name, Uncle?” The cute little girl was afraid of strangers, but she remembered her mother’s words, ‘Be Brave’.

She scrutinized the handsome uncle and decided to show a friendly nature. He was too handsome to be a bad person.

She had also seen him before. They were strangers at that time, but now they had become familiar with each other.

“Aliya Seel?” William was shocked. Had his luck stats changed?

He activated his insight and…

He had struck the jackpot.

This girl who made him trip was not some ordinary girl. He must be blessed with good luck for such an encounter to happen.

“Aliya Seel, the future legendary Dawn Archer, also called the Child of Dawn…” William began to recall the information on her. In versions 1.0 and 2.0, this little girl was not that famous.

But it was only in version 3.0 that her true colors were revealed.

She gained more and more fame in the subsequent versions until she became a real legend.

“Uncle?” The little girl backed up with wariness. She found the handsome Uncle smiling sinisterly.

William’s train of thoughts was broken. He coughed in embarrassment and said, “I’m called William Blackleaf. It’s our first formal meeting. Greetings.”

At the same time, he extended out his claws…

The little girl backed up in fear until she spotted it. William’s right hand had opened up to reveal a candy wrapped in oil paper.

Aliya licked her lips and sniffed. Her eyes were wide open, and she asked in disbelief, “This… Is this candy for me? Is that a Human’s candy?”

“Yes, it’s for you.” William donned a cordial smile. He was trying to look as earnest as he could.
