Chapter 131 - Failed bids

Yuan Han knew Mo Yao had a strong personality, she never thought about fighting over such a small matter with her, so she just quietly sat on her seat.

Mo Yao took out her Design Manuscript s from the folder and placed it in the judge's hands. After waiting for the judge and Project Owner to take a rough look, they slowly started to explain their own ideas.

Hearing Mo Yao's idea, Yuan Han couldn't help but reflect on his own work. She lowered her head and started to think about the differences and similarities between her and Mo Yao's work. As a result, she discovered that her and Mo Yao's design were two completely different styles. Yuan Han's design focused on the degree of comfort the children had. On the other hand, the works that Mo Yao designed were more inclined towards the fineness of the houses.

Yuan Han could not say that Mo Yao's designs were not good, but regarding her works, Yuan Han was suspicious of them. The welfare home was not like other places; it was set up by the state to help homeless children. If it was designed and constructed like Mo Yao's works, it would definitely cost a lot!

However, Yuan Han felt that this was completely unnecessary. Why spend so much money on beautiful designs? With so much money, why not build more rooms and get a bathroom in the room so the children can live comfortably? Therefore, in Yuan Han's design, he would mention that every room had a separate bathroom installed.

Yuan Han's designs were not particularly exquisite, she designed them to be more convenient for the children to live in. She felt that this was the 'warm home' that children really needed!

However, Yuan Han saw that the judge and the Project Owner seemed to be satisfied with Mo Yao's work. As a result, Yuan Han was very nervous about her own design. She did not know if the work she designed would get the attention of this judge.

Although Yuan Han was extremely worried, but what should happen would come sooner or later. Not long after, Mo Yao's explanation was complete, and it was Yuan Han's turn.

Yuan Han slowly stood up, and respectfully bowed to the evaluators and Project Owner. Then, she opened the folder in her hands, wanting to give her Design Manuscript to the two people to review.

However, from beginning to end, Yuan Han never saw her own manuscript. She could not help but become anxious, unable to understand how her Design Manuscript could have disappeared. She obviously only got in when she went out in the morning! Furthermore, she had always held the folder in her hands when they were on the bus, so it was impossible for her to lose it.

Suddenly, a thought flashed through Yuan Han's mind, and an image appeared in her mind.

When she was on the bus, she had indeed not put down the folder in her hands. However, after getting off the bus, in order to support the old granny who had fallen, she placed the folder on the ground! Had the design in her folder been lost by then?
