26 Chapter 23 (1/2)
I groaned.
I knew that this was a bad Idea from the start. the reason why I dodnt go in the first place was the fact that rose would have went anyways and.I probably would have gotten in trouble as well for letting her go out alone.
I ignored everyone's complaints and calmly explained the situation to her, once I was done she looked quite shocked at the maturity that I was showing but nonetheless showed a look of understanding and responded.
Mcgongall- ”I understand why you did that, but your still going to have to face the consequences for breaking the rules. I'll. put the points back. but your still going to have to face detention for now I suggest you all get to bed and ditest any further wanderings.”
We nodded before. I smirked discretly at Draco who's smug expression was wiped off clean.
Mcgongall turned and vanished off into the distance.
Draco departed rather moodly I guess he wanted is to get into more trouble huh Must really hate me....huh not that I care though. must suck to be him.
My friends shot me gratefull looks. before we all departed to head to our dorms.
Everything seemed pretty normal the next day other than some of the disaproving glances that were made my way by some of the proffessors and students.
The next morning we had gotten a letter from professor mcgongall saying to meet us at Filch in the Great Hall at 11:00. but...there is something off about it
It is definitely Mcgongalls Handwriting, but I just can t help but feel... off about it.
Rose told us she has overheard queirll talking to someone Before the start of the exams.
Naturally Neville and Hermione had jumped to conclusion, but I shot the idea down faster than they could say snape.
Adam- ”Hermione we have no proof, we don't even agree on the same suspect.”
Hermione grumbled, but grudgingly accepted.
