51 Chapter 49 - Hunter (2/2)

The Celestial Dragon slaves rushed toward Sora.

Sora: ”2...”

The slaves reached out to grab Sora, but their arms went through him as he turned to lightning.

Sora: ”1... times up and you're still here! Wow! You're stupid!!”

Sora vaporized the Celestial Dragon with a bolt of lightning and the slaves ran away after their master died, hoping they would survive the hunt from the Marines. Sora didn't mind them, he wasn't a savior or a hero. He was just a guy who didn't like Celestial Dragons and wanted them wiped off existence.

”Tori...” he said. A small fiery bird flew out of him the next moment looking at him quizzically.

Sora: ”Are phoenix birds of prey?”

Tori: ”Yeah, for sure. I don't need to eat, myself, but phoenix usually hunt dragons and other apex creatures and get hunted by them just the same. Why?”

Sora: ”Then why don't you join me in hunting a bunch of these dragons?”

Tori: ”They won't taste good.”

Sora: ”But you can hunt them for sport! Oh, but use a different color of fire since Ace uses red fire already and people would think it's him. Don't hunt them too fast, just one a day or you'll scare them off”

Tori: ”Hmmm. Okay!”

Tori took off, leaving a purple trail of fire as she began her own hunt for Celestial Dragons.

In the next few days, people all around the world heard of 'Lightning Calamity' Sora and his Celestial Dragon hunting. Im and the Gorosei wanted to do something, but for now, they prioritized finding one of the ancient weapons. They thought that if they got their hands on them, they could get rid of Sora, Ace, Sabo and Luffy. Then they would have nothing to worry about again.

The revolutionary army took interest in this, and decided to go meet Sora. So, Dragon and Belo Betty departed from Headquarters to Sabaody in order to meet with Sora. They hoped to have Sora enter the Revolutionary Army.
