A week later, Katakuri arrived back at Whole Cake Island and delivered Sora's news to Big Mom. Although, it enraged her that Sora had the audacity to lay claim to multiple of her daughters, she reigned herself in thinking of Ace and Sabo. She quickly called Smoothie and Cracker to discuss what they should do about this potential threat. She didn't want to immediately start a war. Even if he lied about his strength, she didn't want to die stupidly.
Soon after Smoothie and Cracker arrived, they decided it was best to send one of Big Moms daughters to 'coincidentally' meet Sora at Sabaody Archipelago and seduce him.
Big Mom: ”Who should we send? He's a normal human, so maybe Pudding as long as she hides her third eye?”
Cracker: ”Just let me and Katakuri go! We'll capture him so Ace and Sabo won't dare do anything!”
Katakuri: ”I have a feeling that would just end badly for us, Cracker. We need to ally with him. Then we'll be allied with Ace and Sabo. He's definitely at least as strong as me now, so you wouldn't matter.”
Smoothie: ”I'll go.”
Big Mom: ”Good! Then, Smoothie! Go seduce Voi D. Sora and have him marry into our Big Mom Pirates! Leave the crew from your ship here temporarily.”

Soon after Sengoku called a conference to tell other Marine Vice-Admirals and Admirals about that information as well as raising his bounty to 400,000,000 Berries. In this meeting he also established Tsuru's female only Sora Hunting Unit. This unit had the sole purpose to arrest Sora or at least annoy him. At first the unit was argued against by people like Akainu, who wanted to hunt Sora down himself. However, Tsuru had convinced them by saying Sora probably wouldn't hurt women since his crew is only women.
Akainu argued that he survived both encounters with Sora, but Sengoku silenced him.
Sengoku: ”You survived because he let you live.”
Akainu understood it was true and shut up. He vowed to catch Sora in the future though.
After the meeting finished, Tsuru gathered Ain, Goon, Isuka, Tashigi, Celeste, Trishula, Mystic, Belle-mere, Sandersonia, and Marigold. She introduced everyone to each other before they headed towards a new ship Sengoku had prepared for them. Before they set off Tsuru warned those that weren't already Sora's wives to be careful of his seduction and they set off.

During this time, Luffy had accidentally launched himself off his own ship. He landed on an island and sunk into the floor a little before it bounced him back to his ship.
