“Why didn’t you inform us earlier? What can we do now? We don’t have any special abilities. How are we supposed to obtain supplies?”

Fang Lin said with a smile, “Everyone has to help one and another. We’re in an emergency situation. You have to be self-sufficient. We have already worked hard to keep all of you safe in this base.”

What Fang Lin said angered a number of people.

Even those without special abilities had decided to leave.

“You did nothing but create this base. We were the ones who had worked hard!”

“That’s right. You said that you’ll protect those without special abilities, but we were still bullied and injured by them. Let’s face it, you don’t actually care. I’m living proof, a healthy person who was beaten until crippled!”

More and more people began to voice their dissatisfactions.

“You guys are so irresponsible! What else does this base have to offer? I should just go with those people with special abilities. We have to be self-sufficient, right? There’s no reason to stay here!”

Another group of people walked out.

Li Ran and Fang Lin just watched coldly.

Nothing they say would change their minds anyway.

Suddenly, a woman shouted angrily.

“Many of the rules in this base were created to protect those without special abilities. I’m sure all of you know that! How can you be so ungrateful?”

She sounded really disappointed.

“You even blamed the management team for something that was not their fault. The ones who bullied and injured us were those with special abilities, not them!”

However, someone else retaliated.

“Stop talking. Just let them go.. I don’t want to live with such narrow-minded people anyway!”
