Director Zhang sighed: ”I didn't realise that Li Yu Yan had such a character. I thought she was a gentle and shy young lady with a mild temperament. Everyone always speaks so highly of her.”

Elder Huang: ”They both shed their fake skins and revealed their inner selves. Is she really going to become a doctor?”

Director Zhang sipped his tea and nodded: ”I don't know whether she'll become a doctor but she has been admitted to medical school. Technically this was a private family situation.. All medical students and doctors are entitled to have a private life and they are humans with personalities too. Some are bound to have less than desirable personality traits than others.”

Elder Huang: ” I feel fearful for the future of our healthcare system. Dr. Li How could you put up with this situation for so long? They were constantly using you and trying to exploit your skills just because they're your family. ”

Li Xiuying put down her cup and quirked her eyebrow: ”Like the both of you?”

Director Zhang and Elder Huang began coughing to hide their embarrassment. They had clearly forgotten that they had both tried to exploit Li Xiuying just because they had a connection with the Li family.

Director Zhang said: ”Dr. Li I would like to apologize for...”

At the same time Elder Huang said: ”Dr. Li I apologize for the situation...”

Li Xiuying stood up: ”Actions speak louder than words. Thank you for your time.”

Li Xiuying then walked out of the room leaving the two embarrassed elders behind.

Coffee shop Unity Hospital

Li Mei Wu and Li Wenyan were having coffee downstairs. They were both chatting away happily and thinking about what they would do with Li Xiuiyng.

LI Mei Wu: ”She needs to be re-educated about life. I'm going to teach her a lesson that she'll never forget. In fact when I'm done with her she'll think her first name is morals and her surname is values!”

Li Wenyan: ”Sister-in-law you're absolutely right to do so. She needs to learn to respect her elders. Her greed has clearly blinded her. You and Ge have done so much for her all these years. You've clothed her, fed her, gave her a roof over her head. Her nature is clearly majorly flawed.”

LI Mei Wu nodded in agreement. She looked at her phone screen. She started to feel a little worried that Li Yu Yan and Li Na still hadn't come back after several hours.

Li Mei Wu: ”Why aren't they back yet?”

Li Wenyan spoke confidently: ”Don't worry so much. Our Li Yu Yan would never suffer a loss. Li Xiuying is probably writing her resignation letter as we speak. The administration procedure may take up some time. ”

Li Mei Wu relaxed once again. 'That's right, how could her beloved daughter ever suffer a loss especially from someone spineless like Li Xiuying.'

It was at the moment when LI Mei Wu was internally praising her daughter that Li Yu Yan and Li Na mindlessly walked over to their mothers. They both were pale and looked lifeless.

Li Mei Wu looked up and when she saw her daughter's state she was panicked. ”Yu Yan what's happened? What's wrong? Why do you look like this?” She pulled Li Yu Yan to sit down.

Li Yu Yan just sat there staring into space.

Li Na burst into tears. She clutched her mother and sobbed on her shoulder.

Li Na was full on unresolved feelings. She felt hatred, humiliation, anger and regret: ”Mommy it was that B***h Li Xiuying. She ruined us. She's so evil. What did we ever do to her for her to treat us like this?”

Li Mei Wu didn't even care that she didn't know where Li Xiuying was. Li Mei Wu stood up abruptly from her chair: ”I'm going to teach that slut a lesson! Why didn't you call us? Why did you allow her to reduce you to state?”

Everyone in the coffee shop immediately turned to look at Li Mei Wu wanting to see a show.

Li Yu Yan grasped her mother's arm and weakly spoke: ”Mommy no. You can't.”
