After finishing the lunch with the Ren's, Li Xiuying, madame Qin and Little 4th went shopping.
Li Xiuying had to buy a new phone, some clothes and other necessities.
Madame Qin paid for the things due to Li Xiuying not having her card's yet.
But she promised Li Xiuying that she would deduct the cost from the 100 K they owe her for Little 4th's surgery.
After the Li Xiuying acquired everything she needed, they got into the car and headed for Li Xiuying's new home.
Li Xiuying stood with Madame Qin, Little 4th and the bodyguard outside a set of luxury apartments.
Madame Qin: ”So what do you think?”
There was no response.
Madam Qin: ”Well, let's go inside and take a look.”
Li Xiuying and Little 4th constantly assessed the interior as they walked along.
Everything was so ostentatious, Li Xiuying was afraid of seeing what her apartment looked like.
They all walked to the reception desk where a neatly dressed woman stood, typing on the computer. She had her in tied in a tight bun, her face looked fresh with little make-up. She was wearing a navy blue dress. She stopped typing and turned to face the people walking towards her desk.
Madame Qin: ”Hello, I'm Madame Qin I called earlier. I'm here to pick up the key card and paper work for apartment 5.”
The receptionist assessed the trio in front of her.
When the receptionist heard ”madame Qin” she thought that perhaps this woman could be from the Qin family. But she quickly disposed of that thought; she looked at the plain and cheap clothes the two women' were wearing.
How could she possibly be from The Qin family?
Receptionist: ”Are you sure you're in the correct location?”
Madame Qin frowned. ”Can I have the key card and paperwork?”
Receptionist: ”I'm sorry Madame, do you have any ID, I'll have to verify your identity before I can give you a set of keys.”
She stretched a palm towards Madame Qin.
Little 4th reprimanded: ”Auntie why are you stretching your hand? Do you want a tip or a Hi5. We won't give you either hmph.”
Li Xiuying asked inquisitively: ”Alien hand syndrome?”
Receptionist was getting frustrated: ”What Alien Hi5? I'm asking for ID!”
Who are these people? Clearly I'm asking for ID!!!
Madame Qin didn't bring any photo ID with her, she looked to Li Xiuying.
Li Xiuying removed her rucksack, took out her ID and placed it on the reception desk ignoring the outstretched hand.
The receptionist picked up the badge.
Receptionist was not amused: ”Can I have some real ID, this is clearly fake?! How can you be a doctor when you're 15!”
Li Xiuying took out her passport and placed it on the reception desk.
Receptionist flipped through the passport: ”You're 23?!”
She was utterly shocked.
Little 4th: ”And I'm 4” he pointed to himself.
Little 4th: ”He Bo is 31.” He pointed to the bodyguard.
