2018,Modern world

A beautiful girl in her teens is seen sleeping peacefully. Her long and silky white blonde hair was seen hanging around her head. Her pink lips stood out against her incredibly soft pale skin. Her eyes were closed, long eyelashes curled up.

Everything was fine, until an angry shout was heard. ”Yi Lan!! You little brat. Where did you run off to in the middle of the night?! Just you wait till I catch you.”

The said little brat had been peacefully sleeping on a tree branch. Hearing the shout, she woke up startled, only to fall down from the top. She groans as her body hits the ground hard. Rubbing her sore bottom, she stands up slowly.” Who's making so much noise in the morning? Can't you see I'm trying to get a bit of sleep here!” yells Yi Lan.

The accused person comes in front of her in a few seconds. With long white blonde hair and blue eyes, she resembled Yi Lan a lot. With one pale hand, she yanks Yi Lan's ear.” You brat! Running away without telling anyone and that too after creating such a ruckus, seriously what am I going to do about you?!”

Yi Lan only shrieks in pain and swats away her sister's hand. ”Sis! It's not that big of a deal. It's just that the fool got ahead of himself and made me angry.”

Her sister looks at her in disbelief. ”And you got so angry that you broke four bones in his body and dislocated his shoulder!?”

Yi Lan pouts like a child saying, ”Not my fault he was dumb. He should have known better than to play with me.”

”You!” her sister lets out a breath. ”Let's go home first. We'll talk there.”

Both walked back to their home, a small but cosy building.

Yi Lan's sister- Yi Mei opened the door with her key and pushed Yi Lan in. Making her sit on the couch, she goes and prepares some hot soup to drink.

”You're back?” a slightly husky voice is heard from the back of the room. A dark haired male, with bright green eyes comes into sight. His just-woke-up-from-bed look had made many girls drool at his sight. He wore a button up shirt, open at the top, showing his firm muscles. With a slightly tanned skin and his bow shaped lips, he had caused hundreds of nosebleeds.

He walks till he reaches Yi Lan and ruffles her hair fondly. Yi Lan bats his arm away, annoyed. ”Big Brother why are you still awake?” she asks to the handsome male.

Yi Mei quietly lays down the soup in front of them. Yi Lan almost immediately slurps the soup.

He yawns as he replies ”Your Big Brother was waiting for you to come.” He then sits on the couch beside Yi Lan and stretches his legs lazily. ”Now tell me, what did you do this time?”

Yi Lan frowns as she tugs her hair. ”I didn't do anything. That brat Mu Ning confessed to me today. At first, I rejected him politely.”

”Politely?” He raises a perfectly shaped eyebrow.

Yi Lan grumbles. ”Okay, maybe I was a bit rude, but c'mon, who would date such a loser?! Then he had the nerve to threaten me, saying that he would destroy me if I didn't date him. Obviously, I got angry and as a result, someone's in hospital.” A satisfied look passes through Yi Lan's face.

Her brother-Kai, only clicks his tongue in discontent.

”What?! I don't regret it.” she says indignantly.

”You should have made him suffer more. Maybe cut a piece off his face or chop his fingers.” comments Kai darkly.

Yi Lan laughs, almost making her snort soup through her nose.

”Big Brother, you are even badder than me.”

”That's right. Your Big Brother is badder than you. And I'll certainly go to check on this Mu boy. He dares to threaten my sister?” Kai mutters under his breath.

On the other hand, Yi Mei can only sigh in despair. This pair of siblings were hopeless. ”Yi Lan, despite that, you didn't have to run from home you know. We are your family. We won't throw you out for such a small reason.” says Yi Mei fondly.

”Sis!” says Yi Lan smiling.

”I'll just put you on house duty for a year, along with sending you to leadership camp. Your phone will be confiscated, you won't be allowed to meet Kira and you will stay away from the fridge for a month.” the previously sweet tone of Yi Mei had now turned dark and a sadistic smile spread across her face.
