Ye Qing would walk around in the interview area. One by one the candidates would be passed. When he saw a candidate who came for the interview satisfied him, Ye Qing would smile. Some were too frivolous or exaggerated, so Ye Qing would frown slightly.

Ye Qing would ask two questions only when he meets satisfying employees. Most of the time he did not speak, and when he felt he is not suitable, he would pat the testing officer below. The interviewer knew what to do and would draw an x on the resume with a pen.
