”Jonny!” Amelia exclaimed, shocked by Jonny's words.

Courtney said this before, but she had never taken her words seriously.

Amelia had thought that as long as she kept her distance, Jonny would not dare make a move.

But now, he had finally admitted that she was the woman for him.

”You do not love me,” Amelia retorted. Hearing her words, Jonny laughed, mockingly. He gently touched her face with his other hand. ”It's rare to see a woman look so beautiful without makeup.”

Despite his attempt at flirting, Amelia felt bile rise up to her throat.

She took a step back but, there was nothing but a wall behind her.

”Jonny please, behave yourself!” Amelia pleaded, looking away.

”This is my place. If...” he trailed off. Jonny knew what he planned was treacherous but, it was important to show her his true colors.

Amelia's heart began to thud. She knew what he had meant.

She felt trapped, trying to think of a way out of this situation.

”Jonny, before I came here, I called sworn mother and told her...” Amelia began.

”Shut up!” Jonny yelled, cutting her off. ”Do you really think I would not do anything because you told my mother?” he asked, a nasty smile on his face.
