12 Chapter 12 A Changed World (1/2)
A/N: Want to say thanks to the character bios I got in the comments from you guys. Just scale back a little on the awesomeness of the people and their powers. I'm going for more small time villains and just classmates with powers. I have some ideas on boss level powers but its the small level guys that get difficult to make bios for so what I'm trying to say is, thank you but make them more... eh simpler lol. Thanks
Also (kinda like a P.S.) With a ripping sound, and Jake getting knocked to the side like a rag doll from the Asura Tiger's raw strength, the students all held their breath...
Jake was seemingly killed and the beast was just lying there stunned.
Then the Asura Tiger got up, but Jake didn't...
The students began to panic as they thought that their only savior, Jake, had just been killed by the beast. The Asura Tiger then turned towards the body of its enemy, Jake, and walked over to him until it stood over him.
A few girls screamed because they haven't seen death and several of the males threw up. The only thing they could think of was that they were next. That the Asura Tiger would kill them next and stand over their body's the same way.
The Asura Tiger used a paw to turn over Jake's body but it stumbled backwards. No one knew what was happening until someone pointed at Jake.
”Th-there's no blood!”
”What do you mean there is no blood?”
No one seemed to notice it but after a close inspection, they all realized it. There was no blood.
Then it clicked. No blood means no injury. No injury means, he is still alive. If he's still alive, then that means they might still have a chance to live.
One guy started shouting as loud as he could, ”Get up Jake! Get up!” (A/N: sorry I just saw the Rocky movies before seeing Creed II. If you know, you know)

Jake remembered hitting the floor and then he just appeared here. All around him, for as far as he can see, is the color white. He doesn't know what he is standing on but in all directions, it's just white.
”Hello? Is anyone there?” Jake asks the empty whiteness but no one answers. He begins to pace back and forth and starts to think about what is going on. ”Did I die?”
That is the one thing that keeps running through his mind. ”There is no fucking way I died. It was only one hit. I have [Kryptonian Skin]. I should be okay but why and how did I end up here?”
As if to answer him, the silence was broken by the familiar voice of the system.
[Host has entered his subconsciousness]
Then it appeared. In the whiteness, a giant Superman logo appeared. Jake felt like as if there was a connection between it and himself. His heart and the logo seemed to beat as one. He stepped closer to it and reached his hand out towards it. ”System?” Jake whispered as he got closer to it. ”Is this you?”
The logo seemed to get brighter as he hears the system say [I am. Host, when you were hit by the Asura Tiger, your consciousness managed to sink into your subconsciousness and here, time is at a rate of 10 minutes in here is 1 second real time.]
”System, I have several questions about yourself and about what is happening to myself.”
[Ask]
Jake started pacing in front of the logo and asked, ”So in the comics, Kryptonians absorb solar energy to get stronger. How come I can't do that?”
