6 Chapter 6 A Womans Beauty Can Destroy Nations (2/2)
As Jake is walking to the exit, Victor Rodriguez and a few of his followers stand in his way out. Victor sees this as his chance to show off in front of Marisa and punish the guy who seems to have somehow made ”his woman” take an interest in.
”Where do you think you are going? You are just some ant that I can crush with the weight of my wallet alone. Boy you sure are arrogant to mess around with my woman.”
”A suitor huh? Well for one bitch, that money that you can 'crush me with' is your daddy's so don't act all high and mighty in front of me. Two, you sure are arrogant to call someone your woman when she has rejected you several times because...” and getting closer to Victor, he says loudly, emphasizing each word, ”She. Isn't. Interested. In. You.”
Those words were like a knife stabbing him in the heart for Victor. His eyes turned red and he shouted, ”You're dead mother fucker!” and charged at him, throwing a well executed blow to Jake's jaw.
”Man you never should have pushed his buttons.”
”It's a shame that he now has to get fucked up in front of a girl who just took an interest in him,” another sighs.
Not able to react to the blow, Jake is clocked and a loud cracking sound echos throughout the cafeteria.
”Wait why is he still standing after taking a blow like that. Victor's father had him trained in several martial arts by multiple masters. Even the best UFC fighter would have at least stumbled if he took that blow but Jake's head didn't even move to the side an inch. What's going on here? Did Victor pull his punch at the last second?” One of Victor's cronies on the side says in absolute terror at the confusing scene. Actually, the same thoughts were running through most people's heads but then Victor pulls his hand away from Jake's jaw and everyone sees that he didn't pull his punch.
When Victor takes his hand off of Jake's jaw, his wrist and several knuckles were completely shattered. Jake on the other hand, (A/N lol like the pun) didn't have time to process what happened to himself. Due to that, his face still had a cold expression on and it looked like he was looking at them menacingly.
Realizing what just happened was because of his high endurance and the Skill [Kryptonian Skin] he quickly decided to use the item in his inventory, [Basic Strengthening Potion].

Jake let out a sinister grin and slowly walked towards the crippled Victor and his groupies.
