The chief police with them gave a signal that it was safe now to go out. He instructed his team to remove the ropes around Hana and to lead her to her family.

Hana thanked those people who helped and ran to her father to embrace him.

”Dad!” She did not cry. She held back the tears that were about to fall. As someone who came from ordinary background, of course, there was only a low chance that she would experience this and that was only if someone hatred for them was too high. Nevertheless, she reminded herself that she's strong, that she would soon forget and move on. It was an incident she did not ever want to happen again.

Father Shen hugged her tightly and told her, ”It's okay to cry. I'm here.” He caressed her back and kissed her head while repeating those words.

With that, Hana already forgot what she was thinking before and let herself shed tears. Father Shen also got teary-eyed and thought how useless he was as a father. He could not even protect his only daughter.

Lee Yitian also went out and saw this scene. He pursed his lips and looked away. He went near Fang Bingbing to confront her and at the same time, comfort her.

When Fang Bingbing saw him getting near to her, her eyes reddened as she she shouted, ”Lee Yitian! How dare you do this to me?!”

Lee Yitian bit his lips before saying, ”I already told you to stop but you did not listen. You know the consequences if you killed someone yet disregarded it. I am your family and this is the only way I can help to lessen your sentence.”

Fang Bingbing snickered, ”Family? Is this what you also do to others? Backstabbing them when they trusted you too much? If yes, I do not need someone like you! Go to hell and make sure to not let me see you again.”

Lee Yitian pleaded for forgiveness but Fang Bingbing did not pay him attention. She told the police officer with her to take her away.

However, just as she entered the car, she saw Lu Xiao Tian getting near to Hana and Father Shen.
