”Did you not ask someone to help you with that? Like your friends?” Editor Yan felt that she should at least ask someone to help her, right?
”Friends? Should I still call them one after getting back-stabbed?” Hana paused for a while before saying, ”Forget what I said and please do not include that to the article.” She massaged her forehead appearing to be stressed out.
Editor Yan noticed all her actions and with that, she was about to ask again another question to move on to that stressful topic when Hana continued, ”I am not even sure why I have a poor reputation, was it wrong to enjoy my life while I'm still young?”
Editor Yan was not like the other interviewer who would squeeze the interviewee with everything until they get a satisfactory answer. She even felt that pain from Hana's tone and got upset for her. She thought that she should help Hana to clean her image. She reckoned that the latter was just a girl getting troubled because of this cruel world. As a matter of fact, she was already contemplating what she should write.
”By the way, I heard you are now the Vice President of your company and congratulations about that. How are you doing right now?” Editor Yan changed now the topic to ease the atmosphere.
While for Hana, all she could think of was, 'this should be her first question, right? It should be from easy to difficult. Ugh what's wrong with her.'
”I'm doing fine, thank you for asking. In fact, we are currently in the process of planning for our next project. The citizens should expect something worth the wait.”
”Could you please give us some hints about it?” Editor Yan probed after hearing what Hana said.
”I won't say anything aside from getting their life easier.” Hana did not speak anymore and just signaled the other to move on the next question.
”I heard you are getting along well with Lu Xiao Tian, Lee Yitian, and Zhuge Mingyu? I was supposed to ask this a while ago, but I forgot,” Editor Yan laughed while saying that.
”Oh… What exactly did you hear?”
