After waiting for a while, Lu Xiao Tian still did not receive any reply. With that, he concluded that Hana was already asleep.

However, he guessed it wrong.

Hana's spirit got awoken while looking at her phone. She was rubbing her skin hair that stood up after reading the message from Lu Xiao Tian, 'Ugh, that was too cheesy.'

She was suspecting that Lu Xiao Tian had a crush on her but let us face reality, who would want someone like her? People nowadays would like someone with a body similar to a curvy bottle of Coca-Cola and face that could take your breath away. She was not generalizing nevertheless, that was what she believed.

Hana did not send any reply since she felt awkward and responding with an okay might send a wrong meaning to him. Like that, she deduced that acting like nothing would be better. In case he asked the next time they would meet, she could just say she did not receive anything.

After settling her father, she went out to go to the nearest fast food chain. She was famished since after working out, she did not do anything aside from scheming to retaliate to that a**hole. She wanted to invite Father Shen, but his weary face sent a signal to her that he just wanted to rest.

There were only a few people when she arrived, she ordered a family feast with six pieces of fried chicken, three fries, three spaghetti, and three colas. Well, she would just eat what she could and would just bring home the leftovers.

People were looking at her, but she did not pay them any attention because she thought they were just judging her for being gluttonous. She just ate while browsing her phone however, it caused her to choke. There were a lot of news articles online regarding what happened at the restaurant. She did not expect that she was famous enough to be on the headline that night.

”Hey, isn't she the one with Zhuge Mingyu? I heard she was also dating two other men. What a nerve, she got guts to do that with the face of her?” Hana detected those malicious gazes around her and felt like she was experiencing again the usual scenario of a female lead, being the center of rumors.

Hana wanted to bang her heard on the table for not bringing anything aside from her phone and wallet. She could not even cover her face with those. She just bowed down her head and continued eating while chanting, 'this is nothing, this is nothing, this is nothing. I'm a strong, independent woman nothing could bring me down.'

However, their gazes were scorching her. With that, she asked a crew to help her pack the leftovers and decided to go home.

She immediately tried to hail a cab once outside but there was none who came near her. She was now feeling nervous as there were more people looking at her as if someone might go near and hurt her. She even forgot that she could use a cab hailing app because of her current state. It was midnight but how come there were more people now?

She wanted to act like nothing similar to what she did when she was at the company, even so she could not since that place was not her turf. She could be arrogant anywhere at the company, though she wasn't really doing it, because she got a backing but not in a place where she was the only one around.

Hana was about to disturb the driver of Father Shen when a car stopped in front of her.

It was Lee Yitian.

She thought Lu Xiao Tian would appear like a knight in shining armor, but she guessed that guy might already asleep after not getting any reply.

”Hey, want a ride?” Hana did not answer him and just opened the door at the backseat.
