22 A New Face (1/2)

She was walking by his side while holding hands,

It was for the first time that Ana started feeling for Kevin.

She had some feelings for him but they were buried deep inside her, but with that incident, those feelings got excavated.

When her feelings were deep inside her heart, she was confused,

She could not even look straight into the eyes of Kevin when she got to know that Kevin had a crush on her.

But now things were different when Kevin lightly grabbed her hands, she had some tingling feelings inside her.

As soon as he touched her hands, she unfurled her fingers and let his palm slip around hers until she could feel the heat of his palm pressed against her own.

The heat coming from his palm warmed her heart.

At that moment Kevin was looking forward but Ana wasn't.

Ana was looking straight towards Kevin.

This was for the first time she noticed that he had a cute face, his light brown eyes were agleam with delight, they complemented with his silky dark brown hair with an ever-friendly smile on his face.

She was unconsciously staring him,

after a few moments she realized that she was looking towards him for too long.

Realizing that she was really shy and embarrassed.

Inside she said,

' You idiot, he is just a kind and a caring friend, that's all.

Don't think anything extra.

I have to make him fell for Ria, I can not think anything more about him.

(pause)

But why was I looking him constantly?

Why I feel safe whenever I am near him?

Why suddenly I feel something whenever he is near me?

What are these feelings? '

Suddenly she heard a voice coming from the back.

”Kevvy, Ana wait

We are coming ”

As she turned, she saw Richy was running towards them while Ria was slowly walking.

As soon as she saw Ria, she tensed her muscles and pulled her hand away from his.

Kevin also balled his fist and shoved his hand in his pocket, but he couldn't replace her warmth.

Inside Kevin was shivering,

In flow, he said those things and grabbed Ana's hand but after a few moments, he also realised that he was holding her hands.

For him to hold the hands of a girl whom he liked was really a big deal.

That sweet moment could not last for long,

Ana pulled her hand suddenly after hearing a voice,

Apparently, it was Richy who broke their sweet moment, good thing was that he didn't notice them holding hands.

Ria was not angry on the contrary, she came towards them and suddenly bowed down towards Ana saying,

” Sorry, yesterday I said a lot of things.

I know I was rude, and it wasn't even your fault.

Sorry, please accept my apologies. ”

Ana suddenly forgets everything and was relieved that Ria was not mad at her.

She smiled and said,

” Actually I was really worried,

I thought you will never talk to me again.

(pause)

Let's forget everything and better be friends. ”
