20 Facing Ana (1/2)

” Did you talked with him, did you got a chance to confess.

What happened, tell me.

From the time you arrived here, you are not maintaining eye contact with me.

Hearing that Ria's face crumpled and she started crying.

Ana was in shocked to see her cry, she didn't know the reason for her crying but one thing was clear in her mind, it was related to Kevin.

Ria then wiped her tears, saw Ana in her eyes and said,

” When you love someone,

truly love someone, then you lay your heart open to them.

You give them a part of yourself that you always keep preserved,

you let them inside making it vulnerable.

Literally, you hand them with a razor and a map for where to cut the deepest and most painfully on your heart and soul.

And when they do strike, it cripples like having your heart carved out.”

Hearing that Ana was quiescent.

She thought that she understood the situation so she said,

” Don't worry, he doesn't know his own feelings.

Today he must have said something that might have hurt you but I am sure he will apologize for that.

He is an idiot, but he is very kind.

The thing is more severe than you think.

She paused for a few seconds and then in a slightly upset tone she said

”And don't talk about him like you know him from very long.”

She was mad, and she said all that to her without thinking once.

Hearing that Ana was startled.

” You are too lucky to be loved,

by the person that I love the most. ”

After hearing that she went blank. She could not believe her ears.

”Yeah, I know you can't believe that but that's the truth.

He likes you.

He unknowingly told me that he loves you. ”Ria said that after seeing Ana's blank face.

Ana still could not believe that.

She was quiet.

Ria again said,

” I know Kevin, he will never confess you because you are a guest in his house.

Also, he would think that it would be really awkward to confess a girl who lives at his house.

I am so dumb, I should have understood that by know that he loves you.

Whenever I saw Kevin near you, he seems extra conscious. Also, he looks very happy whenever he is talking to you or is near you. ”

She said a lot in front of Ana and her tone was slightly rude but Ana was not upset at her behavior.

Inside her mind, there was a flood of emotions.

She was kinda worried about Ria and was shocked after knowing the feelings of Kevin towards her.
