She grew angrier and said, “Let me go.”

“No.”

“If you don’t, I’ll be angry.”

“If I do, I’ll be discouraged,” Huo Jinyao said and kissed her neck. “I can’t sleep well without you in my arms now.”

“Nonsense. You haven’t slept well in the past 30 years?”

“No,” Huo Jinyao said, half-seriously, half-joking. “When we weren’t married and when you didn’t let me sleep with you in my arms, I had nightmares every night.”

“Oh, you did.” Su Qingsang could not bear to listen to him. This man got more and more ridiculous in order to take advantage of her. “Nightmares? Every night? Why? Have you done something wrong?”
