15 Marriage Terms and Conditions (1/2)

Mich called Misha.

”Honey, I wonder if you are okay with having as the same date as ours?” Mich asked her on the phone.

”Hmm.. I guess it's okay. Well, a double celebration sounds not so bad.” Misha said with a smile on her face. She's still looking at the black folder.

”Ohh.. If you're okay with it, then that's good.” her mother said.

”Mmm..”she brushed it off just like that. She did not care. As long as she can avenge her broken heart, then she's alright with any of it. Her goal is to make Lyndon suffer at any cost. She did not care about minorities.

She remembered the other folder with her. It was the terms and conditions of their marriage. She's on Duke's desk. Sitting leisurely on his swivel chair. She's been reading carefully the terms and conditions of their marriage.

The first one is omitted so, it bared insignificance.

She looked at the remaining terms. The second one is to appear together in his or her shows and events. This includes parties, birthday celebrations, wedding anniversaries of both party's parents, friends or even work colleagues. The events listed were mostly of Misha's affair in modeling industry. Including her show in Paris for VS. Lyndon was also known in her world because of his height and prominent features. He could be a model if he did not become a genius CEO.

The third one is to avoid scandals.

They both agreed to it. In their line of work, one must avoid scandals in order not to disappoint each other's family and to avoid unnecessary quarrel in the near future. Misha, however had been tangled in so many scandals because of working with different type of people. It was all false though, but still some of the people involved sometimes cause ruckus to her daily life. Models that were feel inferior and envied her sometimes creates a hype to ride her coattails. Lyndon on the other hand, have an elite PR Department which dissolves small talks about their boss. No gossips and scandals were able to be publicize because of them.

As she gone down with the fourth condition, she had a smile on her face. The fourth is for them to live in the same house during engagement period and will be their matrimonial house. She's okay with it so that she can have their ”getting to know stage”. She can't help but scoff.

'I'll find your weakness sooner or later. And that will be your doomsday!' she thought.

Then, she smiled evilly.

Duke was on the door leaning it's frame with his hands crossed over his chest. He's been looking at his bestfriend on his table for a few minutes now. He couldn't help but roll his eyes. He wanted to let her know that there's another person looking for her in the lobby but it seemed that his pretty friend is busy on something. He strode towards his table and leaned in to see what's Misha's reading.

He didn't quite get it so he asked.
