Ex-libris Ch. a.s.selineau, with the curious enigmatical motto, ”_La femme qui n'est pas la colombe et le roseau est un monstre_.” M. a.s.selinea had another book-plate by Braquemond.

He was an employe in the Bibliotheque Mazarine, and produced some bibliographical works. He died in June, 1874.
