”I'm good to go, Instructor.” Cale gave a short response and gestured with his hand that it would be fine.

2600°C - ”Alright we've arrived. So let's get right into it, who wants to be the first to partic.i.p.ate in my training regiment?”
Immediately Kaia and Kaija stepped forward without hesitation along with Edan and the rest of team New Hope. Seeing the response, Hittan was more than pleased that he had the trust of his team and his wives.
”Good, we will start with Kaia and Kaija. Now, ladies, I am going to use my fist technique Phoenix Fist to shatter your internal mineral bodies along certain joints. After which you will meditate and allow your Mineral Core to rebuild your bodies at a rate multiple times faster. But, it will involve some deal of pain, so are you still willing?”
”Would you ever bring real harm to us, your wives?”

The girls stood beside each other while facing Hittan a few steps away from the rest of the group.
”Ladies, try to follow my movement and learn these strikes and locations.”
