Soon enough, they had almost made their way out of the district. Suddenly, Matcha climbed onto Zhao Yao's shoulder and started complaining, ”Zhao Yao! Zhao Yao! I want to go the toilet! Toilet!”

Zhao Yao's eyebrow shot up as he asked Matcha, ”Can't you just hold it in until we get back home?”

Matcha retorted, ”Try and hold it in yourself! I've been holding it in since our journey here. I have not visited the toilet for the past five hours and you still expect me to hold it in? Are you still a human? What if I fall sick from this? Try and hold in your pee for six hours. My bladder is going to burst!”

Zhao Yao shrugged his shoulders and responded, ”Alright! Just settle your business inside the bushes. We'll be waiting for you at the entrance of the district.”

Matcha leaped from Zhao Yao's shoulder and disappeared into the bushes.

Zhao Yao was getting a bit impatient from waiting for Matcha and had no idea what's holding him up. However, Zhao Yao's body suddenly froze when he noticed a couple standing by the gates. They cuddled together and stared at each other affectionately. They even started kissing in front of Zhao Yao.

From his angle, he could only see the woman's face as the guy was back facing him.

The man wore a green jacket, coupled with a pair of jeans. His hair was kept in a neat pompadour. Other than his relatively thin frame, there was nothing special about him.

On the other hand, the girl wore a long-sleeved romper which gave others a rather playful impression.

Zhao Yao froze because of the girl's identity. She was Zhao Yao's younger sister, Zhao Xue.

”Hmph,” Zhao Yao was carefully evaluating the guy based on his looks and appearances. He realized that his sister had noticed him as well. She awkwardly rubbed her chin as she looked in his direction. Zhao Yao thought, ”I guess my sister has reached the age where she gets in a relationship. Zhao Yao, you must learn to step back and not interfere.”

”Indeed, I must maintain my image as the cool elder brother and pretend that everything is normal. I cannot embarrass my younger sister.”

”However, I'm still a little pissed.”

Zhao Yao constantly reminded himself while he nodded in his sister's direction before he walked up to them. He asked, ”Hey, I heard you were pretty busy with school. What brings you back today?”

Zhao Xue replied nonchalantly, ”I'm here to pick up some stuff.”

The two of them who were originally glued together immediately separated. Zhao Yao was taken aback when the guy turned around and revealed his face.

Zhao Yao scanned him from head to toe. He had a pretty face but was rather skinny. The anomaly was the curvature of his chest. Zhao Yao finally understood what it meant. She was actually a girl dressed in a man's clothing.

Zhao Yao opened his mouth but had difficulty reacting to the situation, ”Hi.” Cold sweat beaded his forehead as he thought, ”Oh my god, is she really a girl? Is my sister a lesbian? D*mn it! Why am I getting excited from this?”

The girl hesitantly nodded her head and asked, ”Hi, and you are …”

”He's my brother.” Zhao Xue interrupted with her scarlet face, flushed with embarrassment. She couldn't even make eye contact with Zhao Yao.

”Oh, hi bro.” Evidently, the girl realized that Zhao Yao had witnessed their intimate behavior and she became somewhat edgy. She explained, ”I'm Zhao Xue's classmate, Li Jing Yi. We just came out today for some fun.”

”Oh, it's alright.” Words started to fail Zhao Yao as he had no idea what to say. He stared at them briefly before saying, ”It's good to hug. Don't be nervous. I have no prejudice against people like you. Actually, I'm a feminist.”

”What are you even saying?” Zhao Xue's body locked up with rage as she stared daggers at Zhao Yao's eyes. She screamed, ”Zhao … Zhao Yao! I'm warning you. Do … do not spout nonsense in front of dad and mum. Do you understand? Xiao Jing and I are just ordinary friends.”

”Then why can't I mention her name to dad and mum if you're just normal friends?” Zhao Yao said with a shrug of his shoulders.

Rage swept over Zhao Xue and she reacted by doing the only thing she knew: kick Zhao Yao on his shin. She shouted, ”Just … just don't say anything about this.”

Zhao Yao took a deep breath to suppress the intense pain and sneered, ”Do not worry. Our mum is such an enlightened individual. I'm sure can understand your behavior. Hmm … but our dad might get a heart attack from this.”

Zhao Xue retorted, ”If you understand our dad, I guess you know what not to do.”

Hanako who observed the entire incident started laughing and asked, ”Is that your sister?”

Zhao Xue turned her head towards Hanako and asked in a voice of disbelief, ”Is she your friend?”

Hanako took a deep bow and announced, ”Hi, I am Zhao Yao's newly hired employee. My name is Hanako. Nice to meet you.”

”New employee?” Zhao Xue was shocked beyond words and could not believe her eyes. She was taken aback by Hanako's flawless white skin and tiny frame. Her cute face even made Zhao Xue blushed.

In her memories, Zhao Yao had always been an indolent and lazy individual who simply waited for time to pass. His performance was at most average in whatever he did, be it working or studying. She can't believe he had actually hired an employee, particularly such a cute employee.

”Hanako, are you Japanese? Hanako, I'm telling you that my brother is not a fuerdai. He did not strike a lottery nor is his bank account frozen. Do not fall for his lies.”

Hanako laughed in response and replied, ”I understand. Allow me to paraphrase, I hope Zhao Yao will take me in as an employee.” Hanako looked at Zhao Xue before her eyes swept back to Zhao Yao. She thought, ”Zhao Xue's appearance was at least worth 90 points. Meanwhile, Zhao Yao would barely hit 80 if she included all his positive traits. I wonder who the adopted child is.”

Zhao Yao could not help but gloat, ”See, I told you. Your brother is extremely popular nowadays. Recently, I opened a café with a few other friends. Also, I bought an apartment that's worth over RMB 10 million.

Hanako is also my employee. Look at you, haha. I didn't expect you to have this sort of interest.”
