Sitting next to Susu was a huge disadvantage for Karen because their tastes in clothing were extremely different. While Susu enjoyed the simple styles, Karen loved the overly exaggerated outfits. Just like today, her outfit was a sleeveless dress with the collar similar to a traditional Qipao and the rest of the dress designed with many shapes and patterns.

Karen's dress was royal blue colored and the shapes were flamboyantly outlined. In many people's eyes, this design is considered outrageously ugly and would have never been made. Not only did it not accentuate one's body, it flattened out one's curves as well. Karen confidently stepped out of her house looking like that with a huge butterfly handbag that was the newest season of a famous France collection.

When she waved the purse in Susu's face, she expected Susu to show signs of jealousy or envy, but she was so calm that Karen felt like she had been neglected and ignored. Gritting her teeth, she looked at Tian Yuo who looked entranced by Susu's beauty. Her plan not only didn't work, it even backfired.

She forced her lips to tilt upwards as she complimented Susu, ”Sis, what a nice dress you're wearing. Which brand is it from?” Karen knew that after moving out, Susu worked under some company and was probably too poor to afford luxuries.

”Not sure. A friend gift it to me.” Her answer was honest and straightforward. Of course, Karen wouldn't back down just like that. Karen thought that Susu's brand was extremely unknown that she had found her weakness. 'How could I let you slide just from responding that you don't know?'

She got up from her seat and lightly pulled Susu's dress from behind, ”Come on sis! I just wanted to know because I think it would look good on me as well. The brand wouldn't be any lowly, poor one, right?”

Susu didn't fight it and only made sure that Karen did not take this chance to undress her in front of everyone. When Karen saw the tag, the smile on her face froze.

”Well?” Susu mockingly asked.

”C..Chuoyin...brand...” Karen said in a much lowered voice than before. The excitement in her voice had obviously dropped down. Susu smiled and fixed her dress neatly, ”Now that you satisfied your curiosity, would you like to see the brand for my bag as well? Oh, and my accessories.”

Susu lifted her handbag and slowly showed it to Karen, leaving Karen in despair. Compared to Susu's outfit, handbag and jewelries, Karen's overalls were considered smaller than the cost of a potato. Earlier, Susu had felt the fabric of the dress and could already guess from how well the dress was produced that the price of this entire outfit combined is worth more than hundreds of millions.

She purposely lured Karen out of her true shell and made her reveal her colorful arrogant nature. Liang Yu Qing quickly told Susu to put away her handbag in case it gets dirtied from the dishes that are about to arrive any minute. With a smile on her face, Susu asked the waiter to bring her another chair and placed the handbag onto it.

Meanwhile, Karen stared at her new handbag that's sitting on the cold floor. Karen couldn't help the humiliation and needed to find something to brag. Though her outfit for tonight cost less compared to Susu's, she was the designer of it. Therefore, it would be more special than a gift from Susu's friend.
