Xiao Ni shakes her head without any pressure. Showing her eye smiles she answer him without any hesitation. ”What you do to me is fair? how can you call this fair? Forgiving you is generous enough of me.”

Xiao Ni frowns but sadly he gains her curiosity. ”What bet?”

”I bet that we will get married this year.” There is a confident look on his face as he makes his finger knock against the marble table.

”What do you want to do! you want to force me into marriage, didn't you! I haven't even forgiven you for your past scheme, you wanted to fool me again!” Xiao Ni glare at him with an unhappy face.

”No way, did you ever see a gentleman forcing a woman? No, I will make you come to me and ask for marriage yourself.” Wang Kai blinks his eyes several times in attempts to look innocent.

”Ah, you've forgotten your 2 years of freedom that you've said?” Xiao Ni was rendered speechless. What kind of shameless man is this?

He was clearly planning something behind her again. It's finished, finish, whoever marries this man will definitely be fooled her whole time.

”Yeah, I didn't take my own words. I say I give you freedom, if you want to marry me yourself it's not going against my promise isn't it?” He shrugged his shoulder, reaching for orange on the fruit platters.

Xiao ni shakes her head if she believes him again she is a pig! ”Hmph, I don't want to bet. I've been fooled since you come back here, if I believe in your words again you can call me an idiot.” she murmured the last sentences.

Wang Kai nods his head in felt a little proud. Little rabbit has finally grown up, he should be happy. Agree or not it just the matters of people involved. She didn't want to bet with him, that's okay.

Wang Kai mind were taken a back when father Guan ask him for a private conversation. To tell the truth, he was indeed has a plan to win her back, but after the conversation he knew he shouldn't force her anymore. The 2 years were merely time he give, not for her, but for himself.

But looking at her serious face, Wang Kai decides to maintain his smile and nod wholeheartedly. Xiao Ni was unsatisfied with how fast he agreed.

”Lie to me again!” Xiao Ni pout and show her unhappy face. Wang Kai stands up and casually walk over to her seat. ”You must feel that you are the smartest people of all right? So cocky.”

”Alright, not playing around anymore. I swear it tells you in advance if something like this happens again. Anyway, I've been demoted to my old position.” He complains as he walks away from the dining room.

Before he completely walk out from the dining room, he suddenly stop his step and look at Xiao Ni once again. He smiles and gently call out her name.

”Xiao Ni, this might be our beginning or our ending. No matter what happen to us, you have to know that you always have me by your side. No matter how I am in your eyes, I will never stop care and looking out for you.” Wang Kai sentence was stopped in the middles. He smiles and continue his steps.

”Aiya, Not president Wang anymore and still, I become a big brother Wang again. This is not going well as I planned~” Xiao Ni finally laugh with her mouth full of banana when she heard his faint complaint from a far.
