Guan Xiao Ni cleary sees Wang Kai's ashen face as she invites Wang Ru to sit on the big comfortable sofa. Ignoring Wang Kai, she initiated a conversation with Wang Ru, ”You come so late, I thought you wouldn't come.”

Wang Ru smiles swiftly, answering ”I, I'm still hesitating.”

It was a clear show that he was nervous, to loosen up the atmosphere that seems to get chillier, NiNi invites Wang Ru to decorate the tree.

”Brother let's decorate the tree!” She grabs his hand and runs to the tree. Following NiNi's excited mood, Wang Ru moves his head to see Wang Kai.

His face is stern with a clear line of resentment drawn on his handsome face. Wang Ru notices his cold eyes, it was terrifying. He wonders what does he ate in the past to have the courage to provoke him.

He also has made the perfect relationship between Xiao Ni and Wang Kai shattered in pieces. He had, again and again, hurt Xiao Ni, the only person who still humbly help him in the darkness.

Xiao Ni corners of her mouth lifted in a smile as she casually replies, ”Why is the sudden apologizing? you should say thank you instead of sorry.”

Wang Ru takes out an angel ornament from the box, silently hang it on the tree as he let out his heart, ”Thank You, really.”

She looks at him, smiling, he looks at her back smiling in reply. They stay at that position for a few seconds before NiNi hit Wang Ru's shoulder and laughed. ”Stop that dramatic lines, you are my friend now, Helping you is helping myself from troubles.”

Their intimate gaze is witnessed by a figure in the dark, he gritted his teeth, his mind filled with a million ways to bring them apart. Raging with jealousy, he watched them hang the decoration on the tree.

Suddenly he remembers something, Xiao Ni hates him right now, she won't listen to him. But Guan Xian... that man equally hates Wang Ru as much as he hates Wang Ru too.

With that in mind, the forever collective and overbearing president has run to find Guan Xian like a silly boy.

”Your sister is planning to elope with Wang Ru!” The moment he finishes the sentence, Wang Kai felt like his IQ has decreased significantly.
