Today, the Wang corporation will hold the Annual General Meeting to validate his position formally as the president of Wang Corporation.
It just a formality since grandfather Wang has to announce that Wang Kai will be the future president of Wang Corporation and he basically has won over the shareholder's heart by gaining 120% more profit than before.

”If It's needed, sometimes we have to.” Grandfather Wang answer makes Wang Kai fist curl into a ball. The old man was implying that he wouldn't make him the successor if he didn't let NiNi go. No wonder Wang Ru didn't launch his attack!
It was because grandfather promises him that Wang Kai will let NiNi go by threatening him with the president's positions. Whatever preparation he did is useless now.
