266 6.60 The Job Is Complete When The Paperwork Is Done. (1/2)

We had our share of bubbly fun in the bathroom concurrently and honestly I yearned to shower with another person. We were lathering ourselves and were utilizing the scrubs to wash ourselves down and also to clean our backs. it was a really a stimulating experience together and with the imbued aromas and extracts from the flowers and herbs that I had prepared beforehand for the method, and the effect was invigorating.

We dried ourselves off and when we had entered the conference room with all the reports on the table, it was already 330am. ”I marvelled how long we had spent inside the bathroom together and usually I would spend not more than 15 or 20mins time each.” I speculated to myself as I settled down amidst the paperwork that requires to be read and seen.

Izumi had gone back to her house to prepare me some breakfast a neater she had arrived with thick toast with slabs of butter, some half-boiled eggs and green tea. ”I wondered when we could have some coffee soon. Those Americans would be able to bring some beans where we can cultivate in the lands for our own use.” I said as the breakfast was handed out on an empty table as we sat there having an early breakfast.

”You want coffee? It's available in my trailer if you need some chilled Frappucino. Hehehehe. It's accessible offscreen and off-script if you like some.” Izumi proposed as she left to her trailer to fetch 2 bottles of chilled Frappuccino and replaced it with the green tea.

”Aaaahhh...That's more like it.” as I unscrewed the top and grabbed a swig and chewed the toast that had been readied by Izumi. The way she prepared the toast was just like the ones served at 'Ya Kun Kaya Toast' and I daren't ask her if she was the one who prepared it or she took off across the street to bring it for us. Hahahahaha.

”How was the results for the reports, Himura? It appears it would take at least a week to go through all this. Anything else I could accomplish to assist you?” Izumi peered among the stack of paperwork in front of me and she tagged a table according to its Prefecture, and position the reports that had been noticed by me. In this manner, I would be able to perceive how many Prefectures and municipalities that had been and would be covered by me shortly.

Hiko-sama entered the business conference room and saw me poring over the summaries and greeted me. ”I never expected you to be in here so early in the morning, kid. Have you taken breakfast...Oh...Hello Izumi. I ser that you already had breakfast.” Hiko-sama said as he saw bread crumbs left on a plate and also seen Izumi labelling the tables and setting the reports that I had seen according to their prefectures.

”That's just breakfast readied by Izumi, Sensei. It was prepared by her around 4 am. What time is it now?” I inquired Hiko-sama as he reached the conference room with Shu Uemura and both were examining my development of reading and finalising with the summaries from the remainder of the municipalities.

”I'd better leave these behind first. Sensei, Uemura-san and Izumi...lets get back and get some breakfast, shall we...? There's like 100+ more municipalities to go and I don't believe it could be accomplished in a day or two. Just put it aside and I'd get back to them shortly after. This is our second day of the merriments and I wonder what type of cake the 'aunties' would be readying later.” I gestured to them as I walked out of the conference room and closed the door after me.

”My God... it's like going to the toilet. The job is never complete until the paperwork is done. Toilet paper I mean. Hahahahaha...” I thought to myself and chuckled as we went back to the garden and waited while the 'aunties' served our morning breakfast.

Meanwhile, Tokugawa Iemochi had been at the garden waiting for us to have breakfast together. ”Good morning, Your Majesty...sorry to keep you waiting. I was merely fetching Himura from the business conference room for breakfast together.” Hiko-sama apologetically clarified to Tokugawa Iemochi as he sat there twiddling his fingers.
