Within the 3 weeks that we were busy discussing the matter with the various Mayors and Governors of the Prefecture and Municipalities, the construction of the New District had been completed. All 1600 lots had been filled with a total of 6400 units 1 and 2 bedroom houses and now Kayu-San was discussing of converting the existing district into 3 bedroom units.

All of our employees had moved to their new homes and the existing district was desolate and empty except for the Tanukis that had to occupy some of the longhouses. The 6 Mechs had also been allocated to their new homes and would embark on their projects once the new warehouses had been completed.

At the meantime, the 6 Mechs had drawn up feasible studies on the 50 meters tall Windtech and had also marked out the places where they are going to build the next. A total of 36 locations had been picked and allocated. The footprint of each structure was about 5x5 meters and was considered as half of a normal building lot.

As discussed earlier with His Majesty, a 4x4 instead of an 8x8 plot of land had been allocated just to build a supporting marketplace on both sides of Kitakata. And building such marketplace also gives an opportunity to other traders from neighbouring towns to expand their businesses. It was a welcoming idea and practise for both residents and traders.

The existing district had only 145 lot and I had taken one lot in case I need it for my own family. Who knows I can be knocking up Izumi with Hiko-sama in the next room, right? Hahahaha.

Kayu-San calculated that 144 lots would be able to make about 576 units of 3 and 2bedroom houses which would accommodate at least 2500-2880 residents. This would further upgrade their living standards and the cost for the building of a 3 bedroom house would be at 80 each since we would be using recycled materials.

I opened up my sketchpad and drew up some figures for the current District. 288 x 80 and 288 x 70 would bring about 87,000 gold coins for the whole construction. And the repayment for a 3 bedroom house would be 150 for 50 months and per month would be 3 golds and 6 silvers.

”Alright, go ahead with the plan. Sensei, please make the following adjustments for the housing repayment for the 3 bedrooms be set at 150 good coins as stated here.” I informed Hiko-sama to make the necessaries for the arrangements and he looked at it and copied into his own sketchpad.

”Kayu-San, since you had made the new district and had completed the number of houses accordingly with the 1000+ manpower that you had, why not do the necessary in tandem? Bring down the 48 houses around Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and use it to build the old district? At the same time, after demolishing the grounds, prepare for the building of the first 15 warehouses on the first 5 lots. It would be used for 5 New industries that we have plans for in the future.”

After making some calculations, he agreed and decided to proceed with the demolitions and constructions simultaneously and making use of the 1000+ manpower he got. During the weeks when we were busy, we had received another 500+ families that made up of another 1500+ residents and that made up a 100% production output rate for our production lines.

Another 15 warehouse would in operational in a weeks time and that required another 2250 employees excluding the support staffs. By that time, the workers working on the construction would be halved to accommodate for the production in ensuring a 100% output.

Yup... All those had been recorded in the sketchpad in order for things to move forward for Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha. Things had been moving fairly well and we had no hiccups whatsoever.

The week ending for His Majesty's stay for the month is approaching. The national statistics for the low-income families had been updated and this time it is only for 2.25 tonnes of rice to be distributed for the end of the month. It had been 6 months since I had been here and managing the corporation with the assistance of Hiko-sama, the 4 Execom members and the 6 Plant Managers.

The Wonder 8 had been about the whole of Japan, assisting in the extermination of Youkai which left Sango's father to be with the rest of the Taijiya. Him being a ladies men had attracted a few suitors and was left with Sango and Kohaku to decide on their new stepmother in the few months to come.

Hoshi-sama's relationship with Sango had blossomed and his Kazaana is yet to be discovered and revealed. Inuyasha and Kikyo too had a quite blossoming relationship and they were glad that they had somehow contributed to the society here in Fukushima as well as other neighbouring towns.

Ruffnut and Tuffnut were deciding if they could fly to the centre of the place where its in-between of Iceland, Norway, Greenland and Svalbard but they had grown accustomed to this place and had picked up the Japanese language quite well within this one and a half month. Furthermore, they were much welcomed in New Kitakata Town and were regarded as the one and only Dragon tamers in Japan. Hahahaha.

The monthly report came for the development of Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha and Fasuto Japan Airways as well as Fasuto Japan Bank, prepared by Hiko-sama, the 4 Execom and the plant managers. According to Izumi, we had a total of 5400 employees with 360 male support staffs totalling for all the warehouses, 72 cooks and 216 out of the 5400 employees were supervisors and assistants.

Total salaries for the employees were 25,920 for the general workers, 648 for the assistants and 756 for the assistants. The 360 male workers total salaries were 1,800 per month. The cooks' salaries amount to 432 monthly.

A total amount of 29,616 inclusive of the Plant Managers salary.

The 4 Execom members reported that a total of 280 soldiers were deployed at the outpost and 100 cavalry men acted as support for these men.
