I checked and rechecked with Hiko-sama that our number of employees is growing and we should impart the skills to them to make the production line run smoothly. Since the moulds for the Karada Soap and the evaporating wooden tray that is commonplace in this era could be safely 'transported' from the Realm of Mind to this world.
”Kid, it seems we are a shortage of a few more workers which are 12 girls for the Kurin and Feroa Kurina, 6 for Karada Soap and 4 more for the workers in the machinist shop which he would the manpower himself. Here comes the owner from the kitchen supplies and see if he got a blender of some sort or not.”
Seeing the owner who had came to ask how was the cauldron and to deliver a few more funnels for free and tiny brushes to clean the funnels with, Hiko-sama asked if they have any types of heavy-duty blenders to grind stuff into granules.
I drew a picture of an upright manual meat blender with the side crank and a disc with tiny holes on it for changing the size of the granules and he said that he has them in stock. There are smaller ones for the household and bigger ones for the heavy-duty market types to make patties and so on and he has stock for them.
He showed how big the sizes are and I need two of them and extra disc blades in case it became blunt. He told me the prices and I instructed to be brought here and I added 3 more cauldrons with their metal wrought Iron stands. I also asked for his assistance to inform the calligraphy printer owner to send the remaining labels to Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha. I told him the owner knows what they were.
He immediately went back to get the items and I told Hiko-sama that we would regularly make 2,000 Refined Iron and then send the moulding sets for the Karada Soap as well as the wooden evaporating trays for the Kurina and Feroa Kurina.
We both went into the warehouse and arranged the set up for the Kurina and Feroa Kurina for which the picnic benches were utilised. We placed the balance onion skin papers that would be turned into paper bags soon and placed 3 crates with individual paper bags that had been made and tied into bundles.
We made another section for the process of the Karada Soap which we place the 2 long table and a few empty pallets and stacked the onion skin wrapping papers and all the stamps and stamp pads in a small basket.
I looked at the setup, it was a bit tight but it's worth it. We went out and saw a messenger and asked to send someone from the grain shop, vegetables and fruits shop to head over here so we could order and stock on food considering that we need to feed these staffs.
Full stomachs make the work revolve faster.
When the messenger had left, a group of girls appeared at our yard and were told that we were offering employment for girls from orphans and single-parent families.
We checked against our lists and against the number of girls and informed them that we need 6 more and 2 ran off to find the others. I a short moment later we had gathered 18 of them.
Hiko-sama briefed them since he saw me writing in the sketchpad and entertaining the shop owner who had arrived with the cauldron and other stuff and gotten the 2 delivery boys to help arrange the set-up. As more space was needed, the storekeeper's table and shelf had to shift and now are placed to give more space to work with for the production area.
After making the arrangements, and the line leaders mentioned that the space to move about is spacious, I briefed both line leaders and assistant to pass down the message to the 2nd and 3rd team so that they can delegate the work around and monitor the progress of the 3 production lines.
Simple instructions passed down and they both understood. I explained that their roles would be increased as they need to monitor the 3 lines in order not to have a single mix up.
This time, they would be handling the process of how to produce the Karada Soap and also the thin layers in order to produce the 3 Scented powders. I reminded again to pass down the message so if they had any difficulties in understanding they have to get back to me soonest possible in order not to disrupt the operations.
