168 5.57 24 hours Production Line In Full Force! (1/2)

The equipment from the cooking utensil shops came and arrived with the cauldrons, stand, stove and paddles. Just by One look, people would think that we are going to prepare a feast for the whole residents as each cauldron could cook at least a horse of 100 kilograms of meat!

The delivery boys helped to set up the Hae Shanpu equipment and I asked for the boys to prepare 3 coconut, olive barrels and lye for each of the cauldron. Then one barrel of coconut and olive oil were poured into each cauldron and repeated until all is done. The empty barrels were set aside for future use, I said and used 3 empty barrels to be half-filled with water.

The boys helped to fill the water in the barrels while the 6 line leaders stood best the cauldrons and the rest 18 stood to watch and observe carefully.

”Line leaders, fill this barrel with scoops of lye until you finished it.”

After the girls had poured in the lye into the water and stirred it until it is totally dissolved.

”Line leaders, fill the lye solution into the cauldron and line assistant, please fire up the rocket stove and continue to stir the contents after firing it.

They followed my precise instructions and stirred slowly. I went over to the 3 tiered shelves and brought out 3 fruit Essences which are Strawberry, Kyoho grapes and Fuji apples that had been energised by psi energy spheres before being bottled in the glass jars.

I picked up a large rice bowl and poured the strawberry Essense full and poured it into the main soap base. The colour from plain creamy changed to medium pink and the smell of the sweet strawberry filled the air.

”Senpai, is this the one that you said can put on the hair and shower? Hmmmmmm..... The Hae Shanpu smells so nice that I feel like eating it!”

”Hahahaha... If you eat it and when you break wind, bubbles will appear from your rear end.”

That's how I answer to a kid but if I answer to an adult it would be like so:

”Whhaaaaattttttt? Bubbles gonna be out from your wrinkly butt hole when you damn fart, you old fucker!”

Hahahaha... How I wished!

I took another bowl and poured the Kyoho grapes Essense into it and turned the colour to light purple.

Next, I repeated the process for Fuji Red Apples and the liquid turned light pink. The whole warehouse turned into one big giant perfumery as the smell wafted within the warehouse and somehow managed to stick on everybody's clothes.

The line assistant took turns with the line leaders to stir the contents until the fire in the rocket stove had died off. The liquid contents were considerably warm and I tested out the thickness of the Hae Shanpu and it turned out to be a little thick so I asked for another half barrel of water for the 3 cauldrons, fired up the rocket stove and added more fuel and poured the contents inside.

The mixture turned a bit runny but after stirring a while it became uniform. The idea is not to make it too thin because the scent would dissipate and it became a hand-wash instead of Hae Shanpu. Too thick it would require several washings to clear the Shanpu off the hair.

I took a piece of broken plyboard and use it to mark where the water needs to be evaporated as I took a dip and went outside to wash my hands. The smell is faint but it is still there. The soapy feeling disappears after a few washes.

I then took a small rice bowl and added the right Essense into the cauldron before I took a piece of broken plyboard and write the name of the 3 Essences. The line leaders took turns with their assistant to stir.

I reminded everyone that this is the starting stage and I would be filling in the ingredients and not them especially the Essences. But I want them to take note of the measurements so the next time the line leaders and assistant would be filling them up.

I asked for the storekeeper to bring us 6 crates of clay bottles from the Potter, each for the cauldron and he places it after the end of the production line. I explained that once the liquid had evaporated till the tip of the wood that I use as a gauge, they would let it sit until it is cool and slowly fill up the clay bottle with a funnel and insert back the Cork on top.

I made one example and every girl see how much it would need to be filled. And at the same time tested a sample on their hands and it felt silky smooth and some even smoothen it on their hair which gave me another spark of an ingenious idea!

Leave-on conditioner...!! Money come! Money come! Money comes!!! Hahahaha.

I asked the girls if they have any other questions and they said none. So I told the 1st shift to take their rest or prepare dinner and supper for the 2nd and 3rd shift tonight. The 2nd shift stayed and stirred the contents while the 3rd shift went back home with their hair smelling great and to return for duty by 1045pm. Hahahaha.

Meanwhile, the red labels meant for the clay bottles were ready in batches and we only pay them when it was complete. Coincidentally, the first batch of 500 red labels was for the first three scents and I told the line leaders to start pasting the labels accordingly to their scents.

We are back on the roll babies. Since the crate contains 20 clay bottles it would be filled up with the Hae Shanpu and the set aside on the pallet. So it's an easy one-point process.

When we stepped outside we saw another group of people gathering and from the clothes they wore, I am sure they are not here to order the STM but most probably to look for their children.

When the first heard the child or ward hard been offered a job, the first thing in their mind was slave traders. But when they were brought by the 1st and 3rd shift girls, they saw that there are so are actually some girls working in the warehouse.

”Good afternoon, good citizens... What brings you here to Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha? Are you here for your child or ward?”

I asked while Hiko-sama stood beside me towering in his usual self.

The 1st shift girls were oblivious of the surroundings as they served yam to the girls at the warehouse and sat down for tea in pairs. The swarming residents that saw another girl serving their child or ward afternoon tea, they asked who were their superiors and what kind of jobs they child or ward would be doing.

”This Young Master here is their boss. His name is Himura Kenshin and he is my son. He is the owner of this empire that controls the 3 other towns nearby. The girls would be helping in the production line to promote their line of products like cosmetics and beauty.

Hiko-sama explained to the residents and offered to take them to see their child and ward. The moment Hiko-sama mentioned I was his adopted son, tears welled up to my eyes and I faked several coughs and dried my eyes.

I followed Hiko-sama from behind and the residents remarked how young I was to become a Young Master and his adopted father was a well-known samurai et cetera.

When the residents walked in the warehouse, they recognised the delivery boys, the storekeeper and even the guards that were helping the girls previously to help stack the Karada Soap into crates and store them according to their scent.

The 2nd shift girls saw their parents and guardians and called out to them and showed that they are now working full time and earns 5 silver per week. They said they warn as much as the 'uncles' here. They said there were now preparing to pack the 3 Kinds of Hae Shanpu once the contents had evaporated and cooled.
