159 5.48 Time To Roll Out The Goods, Gentlemen.. (2/2)
We checked the time and it showed slight after 930 pm and stepped out of the house after we had changed our clothes. The cool air outside was welcoming as it pricked our pores and made the hairs stood on ends.
The girls had a few more scoops left in the sacks and I asked for a talky and they said they had packed 2 bundles of paper bags and now midway in the third bundle for all of the 3 powders. It shows that the rice bowl measurement was a tad lesser than normal but it is alright.
Most importantly it's quality that the customers seek and the lady boss of the cosmetic shop would target the nobles, government, militia, imperialist and samurai group that makes up about 60% of the population here.
Tomorrow the delivery boys would need to purchase some sacks of hay, quarter-inch ply boards, 2x2 timbers, 2-inch nails, some hammers and a few hand saws to create crate boxes to store the [Refined Iron]. The crate boxes would be large enough to fit 50 pieces of such plates inside.
These crates would also be used to store 24 packets for each type of Kurin and Furoa Kurina.
I took one Kurin, and two Furoa Kurina and check the outlook and appearance. ”Not too shabby, kid,” I said to myself and handed it to Hiko-sama to send for patents and trademark first.
After being refreshed and rejuvenated, I asked Hiko-sama, ”How? Want to go at it again for 6 more hours since the night is still young?”
”How about a jar of sake first?” came his reply and I agreed and took out the last jar and broke the top, and poured Hiko-sama and myself a cup.
After we had drunk the last jar, I went over to the warehouse and told the guards who were guarding the main door to hand over the duty to the 3rd shift and pass down any messages to them, if any. This is what we called proper handing and taking over procedures.
The girls had completed their jobs and went back to the house and to do what they need to do. I passed a message to the girls that we are not to be disturbed as we need to do some work.
The girls nodded and I made my way to the house, washed my face to feel refreshed and invigorated again and jumped back into the Realm of Mind with Hiko-sama.
Once in the Realm of Mind, I visualised 400 moulding trays to prepare 2,000 more pieces of [Refined Iron] that would make up a total of 3,600 pieces.
We worked at the pace that we are most comfortable with and by the end of close to 12 hours, 8 stacks of 50 moulding trays had been laid on the pallets.
Totally drained for working such long hours in such a hot environment, we logged off from our meditative state and went back to the real world. We were so drenched in our own perspiration, that I immediately gulped the green tea from the kettle instead of using a cup. Damn! That was really hard work!!
It was already past 1230 midnight and decided to cool down a bit. I asked Hiko-sama if he wants some more sake and the glint in his eyes shines up and he said, ”Ya... Ya... Ya...” while I replied, ”Coo... Coo... Coo...!”

I went to the guard and asked one of them to buy 2 jars of sake from the brewery that happens to close at 2 am, gave some money to him and he took off immediately.
Some 15 minutes later he came back and places the jars on the garden table and handed me the change. He then took his position back and stationed at the warehouse main door. His partner left to check the surroundings to ensure there are no intruders lurking around and returned back.
Hiko-sama and I sat at the garden and enjoyed the breeze while planning on the part for tomorrow's task besides getting the Kurin and Feroa Kurina patented. Then batches by batches of Karada Soap would follow suit for patents as well as delivery.
We were so damn tired but also damn satisfied with the work and effort we put in as a team even though it was just the two of us working at it.
”Whoop...! Hahaha...! Damn I feel so satisfied right now! God Bless Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha!”
”Yeah, kid! You bullied me. I sweat buckets and all I get is 2 jars of sake. Hahahaha! I've never sweated so much like this before but I tell you what... It is damn satisfying when you stamped the last plate and looked back and see a tower of gold coins waiting to collect!”
”Yes, Sensei. Tomorrow we push out the plates to be stored into the crate boxes. Then we push the first 3 pallets of Karada Soap to be packed and then stored accordingly. We get one of them to make a stencil for the plates, as well as for the Karada Soap all bass on abbreviation codes.”
”Before we leave, we guide them on how to create an inventory for all the goods once they are stored and pack in the crate boxes for the incoming and outgoing stock.”
”We will get the men to make us 2 long low lying tables of a length 2m x 0.6m so the girls could work off the ground instead of on the floor for the Karada Soap. The surface could be covered by a plyboard so it's smooth and easy for them to knock the Karada Soap off the mould. Once we had cleared the 300 pieces of Karada Soap per types of scents then we can start to process the hae shanpu.”
”Alright, it's settled then. Let me pass a note for the guard to pass the message to the next shift and hands the money to the delivery boys to purchase the materials needed. 5 gold coins should do it.”
With that, I went to take 5 gold coins and passed to the guard and passed the specific instructions to pass to the next shift and the delivery boys. By the time we come back, the guys should be working to make the low tables and the crates that could be used to store exactly 50 pieces of [Refined Iron], 50 pieces of Karada Soap and 24 packets of Kurin and Feroa Kurina.
Once the crate boxes had been fabricated, they should closely maintain the size so that its easy for them to fabricate again in the future. I gave instructions to purchase as many ply boards, 2x2 timber and nails as possible and keep the unused materials in the area behind the table.
I told the guards to relay the message and use up all the 5 good coins to buy the materials needed so that they could fabricate the crate boxes during their free time. I told the guards to inform the ones who would buying the materials to bring back the receipt.
The guards nodded in acknowledgement and ensure they do not miss a single delegation of my instructions.
After leaving about half a jar of sake, Hiko-sama decided to shower while I went into the operations room to bring 3 pallets of Karada Soap from the Realm of Mind back to the real world, and I used the pulley system to roll out the 3 pallets near to where the girls had packed the Kurin and Feroa Kurina earlier.
The stamps and ink pad were placed there along with a stack of paper with the words Karada Soap imprinted on it. The stamps that were placed on top of the papers were corresponding to the same type of scents.
I soon locked the operations room, and closed the warehouse door and heads back to the house and took my shower. Before I step into the house, I saw a few heads poking outside the windows of the next house and they might be wondering that I had not slept yet even at this deathly hour.
I went in and left a gap in the main door as I head for the shower and took a warm shower after I had injected a burst of Fire Release into the tub.
I sang the song of 'I Feel Good!' by James Brown complete with sax sound effects in the bath. After the shower, I laid on the tatami mat and soon fell asleep.
