The workers had gathered around us at the garden wnen they had finished their work in the warehouse and were anticipating their new task, roles and responsibilities. They were discussing themselves earlier on what their tasks may be since they had completed the works for the warehouse.

The saw the banner from where they were sitting and was expecting something big to happen next. Little did they know that the warehouse in front of them spells future for the three of them.
The girls noticed the men gathering there and served morning tea break and it is the norm for Hiko-sama and me to discuss matters over food and drink. The men ate and drank their morning tea as they await further instructions.
”Good morning men, today is the day where everyone would be permanently employed by us and deployed according to specific roles, responsibilities and duties.”
I greeted them as we were about to commence the meeting.
”First of all, please tell me your names as take note of this into our records.” The men rattled off their names and we took every single one of them. Age and profession are not important at this moment as they would be rotated in terms of their duties.

I asked and they said the only weapons they ever had held were hoes and rakes. I was thinking of them to hold truncheons when they were deployed as guards.
”Never mind about that. It is not that important because you won't be carrying any cold weapons except maybe a 2x4 in the future.”
I explained and they understood that they were required to be guards.
”OK, listen up men. There are 10 of you here and every week your duties would be rotated. For example, in one week you could be a storekeeper working from 8 am to 6 pm to keep track of the inventory of the stocks in the warehouse.”
Hiko-sama took over from me as he was assigned and takes responsibility for the deployment of these tasks.
”The next following week, you may be assigned as delivery boys to attend to deliveries in town or out of town. Those who were assigned to deliver out of town, please be expected to be outstation for some days at a time.”
I asked if they had any questions and they said they had none and understood so far. One asked that he had no experience in storekeeping and I explained that the first two would be taught in how to manage stock levels.
”After that week, you would also be assigned to work as security guards here based on an 8-hour rotational duty starting from 7 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm and 11 pm to 7 am. At any one shift, there would be 2 security guards guarding this premises.”
Again I asked if they had any questions and they replied they had none.
”Today is considered as your first day of work and you would be paid 1 gold coin every 2 weeks, are there any questions so far?”
Hiko-sama asked the men and they said that they would prefer to be paid by 5 silvers every 7 days. They asked if it's alright as they need money to roll to get the necessaries for their family.
Hiko-sama then decided that the men will all be paid 5 silvers per week and the men signed inwardly as they heard the good news.
”Alright, remember one important thing. At any moment or circumstances, NO ONE is allowed to enter the small storage room in the warehouse, do you understand? If you were caught peeking or trying to gain access in any way, you will be TERMINATED. Do I make myself clear?”
The men nodded and understood that they could not go near that room or else they would lose their livelihood. They knew that they need not do any much labour now and they could easily earn 5 silvers and learn 3 new professions.
Also, they were thinking that their jobs would be scheduled for 8 hours daily and would have more time to spend with their families.
”OK, I will now call out your names now and assign your roles for this week.”
Hiko-sama called out their names and their duties. 2 men assigned as storekeepers, 2 men as delivery boys cum messenger and 6 men assigned as security.
6 men stayed back and the other 4 were told to go back to rest and return back for the 2nd shift and 3rd shift duties respectively. I told them that 2nd shift security would be needed to help out in production line for this moment. The 4 bowed and headed back home. While the 6 were awaiting their orders.
2 men were told to make a short 2x4 timber as a means of deterrence from intruders. I told them that they need to guard the main door here and monitor the movements for the goods that move in and out.
Since its a start of a new day for Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha, and we have no products left, the 6 men would help out in the production line today and they would be doing it in the garden.
I went back to my room and entered the Realm of Mind after meditating and brought out the new batch of papers to the real world. I placed them near the main door and called out the men to help carry it to the garden.
Since the warehouse is empty and had not been properly inaugurated, work has to be done outside. I asked one of the girls to guide them men on how to fold the papers and turn them into paper bags. After some tries, they managed to do it perfectly.
I told them not to rush and I want everything to be perfectly done. The men nodded in acknowledgement and started to work on the Furoa Kurina ”Eucalyptus Scent” paper bags.
I gave the Hanna and Izumi 2 gold coins to prepare extra meals for the men. Hiko-sama explained who these men are and their roles and responsibilities for the following week. Since there was nothing much to do at the moment, they would chip in to assist the product line. Hanna and Izumi passed the message down to the rest and proceeded to go market to replenish their food supplies.
I remembered about the charity funds and decided to use one of the herbs basket in the Realm of Mind and bring it back here, lined it with a cloth and pour all the coppers and silvers in them for the purchase of foods and place them in the house so the girls would get it from there instead.
Since the men and the girls all had their tasks, Hiko-sama and I decided to head to the Realm of Mind and prepare Kurin and Furoa Kurina and went back to our room.
After entering our meditative state, we entered the Realm of Mind and get to work. Hiko-sama and I used a scraper to scrape the 1st stack of the tray that was the Kurin with the Lemon Scent. After scraping them, I showed Hiko-sama the way to blend the scrapes and once he had done so, he poured the granular powder into a sack that was used to store lye.
Hiko-sama was stationed at the blender and he blended all the 15 kilograms of soap scrapes and mix it with the 5 kilograms of washing soda. After he had done so, he threaded the openings shut and carried it to an empty pallet and marked them accordingly.
I was busy scraping the trays and were joined by Hiko-sama as we continued on the second batch of mix for the Furoa Kurina Pine Scent.
Hiko-sama proceeded to process the same way and worked in the 20 kilograms of nett weight for the Furoa Kurina Pine Scent while I worked on the 3rd stack of Furoa Kurina Eucalyptus Scent.
The whole process was related and I joined Hiko-sama to blend the 3rd batch and mix it with the 5 kilograms of washing soda. Once we had completed the tasks, we stepped back and looked at the stack of gunny sacks on the 3 pallets.
There were 4 sacks on each pallet and told Hiko-sama that we will bring this back to the storage area tonight after the grand opening event. He smiled and he was somehow satisfied with the work done and had created 60 kilograms of powdered formula that would be packed accordingly and distributed.
”We do not have to wait for the products to be completed before we send to the clients. We can send them by batches and receive cash upon delivery.”
”Before that, we can patent these first and I will promote it to the lady boss and told her that these items are readily available. How much you want to sell these for?”
”How about we based on the offer made by the lady boss and see what she says. How about we go together tomorrow?”
”Sounds fine with me, kid. We go to the Patent and trademark department and then we can proceed to meet the lady boss.”
With that, we logged off our meditative state and went back to the real world all smelling nice with the residue of powder in our hands. When we sat at the garden to have our tea, the men can't help noticing that we smelt like as if we had poured perfume in our bodies and asks what was the smell all about.

Hide and Toshi looked at each other, and the thoughts of striking oil had been achieved. They excused themselves and went to the first 3 blacksmiths.

The leather armour shop next door also came in to take a look and he too had bought 2 pieces to make a partial breastplate for the adventurers.
The ambassadors explained that it would be cheaper to buy direct from FJK and they noticed that the piece had been stamped with the trademark and also the purity.
”How about this, we gather all the Blacksmiths here and then you could place orders for your own shop, how about it? At least it saves our breath in discussing one at a time, right?”

”Same here too, we will have a short meeting and all can go to the tavern here and hold it there. We had not been having such meetings for a long time.”

And so the ambassadors dismounted and pulled the horse by the reins as the 3 blacksmiths summoned all their messengers for an emergency meeting stating that [Refined Iron] has arrived in Aizuwakamatsu and could buy directly from the ambassadors.
The ambassadors had rested after a quick lunch when throngs of Blacksmith came and soon occupied the rather quiet tavern. Most of them ride mounts so it's faster to cover the distance in a short while.
Soon, 15 blacksmiths from Aizuwakamatsu had congregated and the ambassadors took out the [Refined Iron] and passed it around to be assessed and examined.
There was a lot of commotion as discussions go around and they welcomed the ambassadors to their town as purchasing directly from them was definitely going to be cheaper.
