39 Black Thunder Anubis (1/2)
”BOOM!”
Its body turned black because of the {Ancient Dark Thunder Wrath} spell. Its eyes who were blood red before turned yellow.
”I'll KILL YOU ALL!” It suddenly disappeared. Ryth, with the help of [Eye of Daedalus] mana tracer mode could see where it was going, he hurriedly activated {Fast Steps} and appeared behind it before the anubis could launch an attack towards Llyod who was tired after his berserk skill effect had wore off, Ryth activated {Cut} to draw the anubis' attention.
”SLASH!”
”Llyod, get back!” Ryth shouted as he fallback a few steps.
The cut made the anubis turned towards Ryth, it lifted its spear and suddenly, a black lightning came out towards Ryth.
”BZZZTTTT!”
Because Ryth had just use the {Fast Steps} skill and {Deflect} couldn't be use against spell, but he calmly stood there, he only wait, didn't even try to avoid or block it. Suddenly, a tub form barrier surrounded his body, Lady Elsa cast it on him just in time.
”BOOOM!”
Lady Elsa cast another barrier to surround the anubis, the anubis tried to break it, but to no avail, it didn't even bulge a bit.
Lady Elsa began chanting as she formed a sign with her scepter in the air.
The others distance theirselves from the anubis, Azalea also readied to chant, the archers readied their bows.
A huge red circle appeared in the floor on where the anubis got trapped, and just when the barrier disappeared, Lady Elsa's spell burst out from the circle.
”WOOSH!”
”AARGH!”
”Wow! With the [Eye of Daedalus] mana tracer mode, I know that it's a level 9 spell!” Daedalus exclaimed in excitement, like a kid seeing something new with their own eyes.
”{Hell Flames} is really a powerful fire spell. But because the incantation was too long and its requirements were quite high, that's why not many players use it in 'The Throne'. But Lady Elsa actually can cut the incantation time.” Thought Ryth to himself as he smiled.
When the flames disappeared, Azalea cast {Wind Gust} and the archers attacked at the same time.

Woodgard and Ryth advanced forward, didn't give the anubis a chance to move from there.
Woodgard appeared behind its back, while Ryth jumped from the side of the anubis, the two of them attacked it at the same time.

”SLASH!”
”GAARGH!” the anubis backed away, it lifted its spear towards Ryth and a black lightning came out from it.
”BZZZT!”
Ryth hurriedly activated {Fast Steps}, he avoided the lightning just by a hair and lifted [Vengeance] as it began glowing with dark green light.
{Beyond the Boundary}!
”WOSH!” Ryth's body gushed with power, his AGI and STR rose up, but his speed was still inferior to the anubis since the anubis was level 40 with berserk skill activated.
”Anyone who can use buff skill, cast it on me!” Ryth shouted in the voice team chat.
”Yes!” the others shouted in unison as they began chanting their spells.
”WUSH!” he ran forward towards the anubis, Ryth's body glowed with lights as he lifted [Ryuujin's Will] and [Vengeance].
{Stream of Light}!
”SLASH, SLASH!”
”ARGH!” just when Ryth finished his skill, the anubis had already shorten their distance as the spear on its hand covered in black lightning, it thrust its spear towards Ryth.
”CLANG!”
”WUSH... BOOM!”
”Ryth!” Azalea shouted.
Ryth was sent flying and crashed on a big pillar. Although Ryth managed to block its attack with his swords, the power of the anubis was stronger because it use its {Thrust} and combined it with {Dark Storm} which enhanced the power and speed of the {Thrust} skill, so it could overpower Ryth.
Ryth chuckled as he tried to stood up, ”Tsk, I'm okay!”
”Healers!” Lady Elsa shouted and then issued another order, ”Everyone close your eyes!”, her barrier spells was still on cooldown, therefore she couldn't use it for the meantime. She hurriedly formed a sign in the air, ”{True Light}!”
A blinding light appeared in front of the anubis, it blinded it and restricted it from attacking as it covered its eyes in pain.
'Blind' text box appeared above its head.
”ARRGH!”
Ryth had no time to relax, although his whole body still aches due to the pain, but he could only keep on fighting, because he has to make use of the buff skills to the fullest. He ran towards the anubis as his body glowed with golden lights from the healing spells.
Woodgard appeared behind the anubis, he activated his {Stealth} and then use {Dual Stab}, but the anubis had readied its spear and blocked the upcoming attacks from Woodgard.
”CLANG!” it lifted its spear and then swung it with the bottom of the spear towards Woodgard's abdomen.
”DANG!”
Woodgard was sent flying, just as the anubis revealed a smile, Ryth appeared behind its back, he jumped and activated his skill.
