”Seventh Brother, I know she's missing now. You're very anxious, but you can't just casually guess!” Chu Tiange advised.

Chu Yin's face became gloomy, and his eyebrows twisted into a knot, ”If it really is him, then I will definitely not let this matter rest!”

Seeing him clench his fists, Chu Tiange became even more worried, ”Seventh Brother, the most important thing right now is for you to remain calm.”

When Wei Qing woke up, her head was aching. She tried to move, the chain around her neck clanging.

What was going on?

She raised her eyelids, trying to get a clear look at her surroundings. However, there was only a small window. The moon was dim and nothing could be seen clearly.

He rubbed the back of his neck as he recalled every single scene of the robbery. However, it was as if his brain had been muddled and he couldn't think of anything. He could only remember the man's sinister eyes that radiated killing intent.

Who was targeting her?

The sound of footsteps came over, followed by the door opening. Suddenly, a bright light pierced into Wei Qing's eyes, causing her to be unable to close her eyes.

”Damned girl, I didn't expect you to wake up so quickly!”

Wei Qing opened her eyes slightly, sizing up the white browed old man in front of her.

”Who are you?”

”No wonder he is hated and disrespected!”

Wei Qing really wanted to spit on his face. He kidnapped her here and then chained her to him like a dog so that she would be respectful to him. Either her brain was flooded, or he was extremely weird.

The old man looked at Wei Qing with disdain, and naturally saw all the disgust and nagging in her eyes.

”Someone threw you in front of my door. I pitied you, and that's why I picked you up!”

Wei Qing's violent temper rose as she fiercely spat at him.

Wei Qing bravely sat on the spot, but her stomach had produced an earth-shaking protest.

The old man had not gone far when he heard the sound of something falling.

”Your sister, she actually tried to poison your father. Do you really think your father would eat it like a fool?!”

Hearing Wei Qing fiercely curse, the old man could not help but be curious, could it be that this damned girl knew medicine, or else how did she realise that he had poisoned his new poison?
