Chapter 2 - house arrest

The reason why Wei Qing said this, was to send a signal to Tian Sisi. No matter how unbearable I am, I am still an upright Princess Chu, and disdained to fight with you for the position of man. It is because he refused to leave my side, and refused to give you the position of Chief Consort!

Tian Sisi was not a fool, so she naturally understood the deep meaning behind Wei Qing's words.

She stared at Wei Qing, and almost bit her lips white.

Wei Qing laughed and poured herself a cup of tea, ”I like peace and quiet, and really can't listen to those noisy farts, so, I won't send you off, Concubine Tian!”

Tian Sisi was so angry that she could barely keep an expression on her face, ”Wei Qing, just you wait!”

She didn't believe it at all. Xiao Qingqian had promised to make her his wangfei, to love her for his entire life. In the end, he had lied to her!

She left in a huff. After returning to her bedroom, she curled up on her bed and covered herself with a blanket.

Wei Qing turned against Tian Sisi, feeling much better. She called out to Die'er a few times, but she did not hear a reply. Thinking about Die'er's loyal personality, and how she almost lost her life to Xiao Qingqian just now, would she go and argue with Tian Sisi?

Thinking of this, she rushed out of the palace. Just as she reached the entrance of the courtyard, she was stopped by the secret guards around Xiao Qingqian.

”What do you want to do?” Wei Qing clenched her teeth, and glared fiercely at the two of them.

The dark guard looked at Wei Qing expressionlessly. ”Royal Consort, the Prince ordered that you would look for trouble with the concubine, so he sent subordinates to watch over us!”

F * ck, f * ck!

Countless mud horses ran wildly in Wei Qing's heart!

With this thought, she clenched her fists and asked, ”Have you seen Die'er?”

The two of them seemed to have eaten some miracle medicine as they didn't speak a single word.

Wei Qing squinted her eyes as she returned in anger. After taking a few steps, she saw that the two of them had already disappeared. She quickly turned around and dashed out of the courtyard.

A guard grabbed her by the collar and pulled her back like he was holding a little chick.

Wei Qing randomly scratched at him, and felt like there was a thin piece of skin between his nails.

The secret guard frowned, glared at Wei Qing unhappily, and said in a solemn voice, ”Wangfei, you better not do anything useless!”

The implied meaning was to threaten her. If she continued to try to escape, they would not show mercy!

Amongst the guards under Xiao Qingqian, the most loyal one was him, followed by Tian Sisi.

Wei Qing clenched her teeth, and started rubbing her hair, she had even ripped open her collar and threatened the two: ”I don't care, unless you guys help me get Die'er back, if not, I will say that you guys are trying to take advantage of me!”

They all knew how shameless this wangfei was. Although the prince and the concubine were clearly on the same side, she still wanted to interfere. Now it seemed that she really wasn't just an ordinary shameless person.

Seeing that they were indifferent, their eyes filled with loathing. Wei Qing snorted lightly, put both her hands to her mouth, and shouted at the top of her lungs: ”You're too much! You're too much!”

The two guards didn't think that she would actually dare to do this, so they impatiently agreed.

Die'er was trapped in the kitchen by Tian Sisi's maid, Bi Yao.

She had just personally witnessed Wei Qing's neck being pinched, and Die'er's heart was originally sulking. Now, being provoked repeatedly by Bi Yao, the anger in her heart also rose uncontrollably.

”Pah …”

Unable to endure any longer, she slapped Bi Yao's face mercilessly.

Bi Yao had purposely provoked Die'er, when the time came, she could push all of this onto Wei Qing. However, she never thought that Die'er would actually dare to make a move!
