Deep down, the rank nine combatants understood what went on. Of course, the Ye Clan could have identified a flaw in the Yun Clan’s techniques. After all, both clans had a long-standing feud with one another for ages, the Ye Clan must have had enough time to study their techniques. What was surprising was a young boy who had identified it.
“Don’t hold back Yifei, use True Yang Polaris!” Yun Yiyang ordered. Those years of effort Yun Yiyang had poured into perfecting the art of Chi-construct Heavily Strike were wasted now that the Ye Clan had exposed the flaws in the technique. The next time he had decided to fight a rank nine combatant again, he ought to think twice about using it or he might be done for. Between accomplished combatants, one decisive strike can determine the outcome of the battle but it would not be easy to tweak a technique like True Yang Polaris. It had been passed down within the family for hundreds of years and had undergone years of tweaking to get to the state that it was now. It would take Yun Yiyang umpteen years to tweak things if he were to do so.
Yun Yiyang was losing it. The crowd shuddered at Yun Yiyang’s words. Did Yun Yifei know True Yang Polaris too?

“You had your move. Now, it’s my turn!” Ye Chen faced Yun Yifei, his expression twisted. “A piece of trash like you should take a good look at yourself in the mirror if you want to marry Little Xuan!”
Not a single soul dared to call Yun Yifei a piece of trash! If he was trash, what would that make the rest of them?
