Chapter 5: Oh, A Little Cripple (1/2)

In fact, Su Mo pretended to be something.

He was always a good boy with excellent learning achievements in schools and at home. Engaged in lawyer with the weapon of laws, he was really suitable for the occupation.

He could speak with fervor and a.s.surance at courts with business suits. But no one knew that he could play kung fu. In fact, this seemingly gentle and frail-looking man could play taekwondo with black tape level.

He pretended to be cool and indifferent and kept away from others. In fact, he was really softhearted to his parents.

As the saying goes, do not pretend to be something, or one would be punished.

But Su Mo was still pretending to be something.

Su Mo was really irritable and angry with his mother, but he could do nothing but arriving at the café ahead of schedule, and ordered a cup of coffee. He glanced at his mother severely to not allow her to follow him.

Su Mo's mother read the expression in her son's eyes and yielded, and sat at a table next to the door, looking at her son.

Su Mo took off the coat and showed his cream-colored cashmere sweater. He lit up a cigarette and drank a sip of coffee. Looking through the magazine in his hands, he stared out of the window. With his jaw slightly lifted, he showed deep eye expressions, seemingly remaining aloof from the world, with a taste of elegance.

He had hands with clear scleromere as well as white and clear face; his hair was not very orderly due to the long-term flight, but seemed younger. His white coat was put on the chair back. He took the coffee cup and drank a sip of coffee. He cleared the cigarette ash and then put the cigarette back to the lips, and smoked deeply. He slightly frowned, with certain sense of melancholy.

n.o.ble, elegant, and staying alone, he seemed to stay in his own world, difficult to get close.

Su Mo's mother was curious that her son looked like an artist in a movie, looking so cool.

But n.o.body knew what Su Mo thought.

s.h.i.+t! You made me wait so long! Flying back from a foreign country with tired body and painful feet, it's so ridiculous to have a marriage interview with you! s.h.i.+t! You are late!

So crazy, isn't it? I'm having a marriage interview with a man?

s.h.i.+t! s.h.i.+t! s.h.i.+t!

The coffee was so awful! Were there some people quarrelling out of the window? So furious, they seemed to fight with each other. Should he leave a business card, so that they can seek for legal aid with a discount of 10% off?

So, the seemingly elegance, n.o.bleness and deep eye expression watching out of the window were pretended. In fact, he was seeing people quarrelling. He showed his smile because he felt funny. He frowned because the coffee was awful.

He looked to the front left. However, at the same time, a man got off from a car on the right side.
