”No, I borrowed this from a friend.” Ye Qian said as he ushered Lin Rou Rou into the car.

Lin Rou Rou came from a rich family so she knew a thing or two about cars. This car costed around several millions. Since Ye Qian was able to casually borrow such a car, it must mean that that person is a very good friend of his.

The sixth sense of women is really sharp. The moment she sat in the car Lin Rou Rou could detect a faint smell of perfume, Chanel N°5. From that she became certain that the owner of the car was a woman. Her sharp senses told her that the owner of this vehicle and Ye Qian had an out of the ordinary relations.h.i.+p. But when she saw Ye Qian's calm face she smiled happily, Lin Rou Rou couldn't help dispelling the doubts forming in her head.

”What are you daydreaming for? Why aren't you talking?” Ye Qian asked in surprise.

Lin Rou Rou gave a small smile and said, ”Nothing. It's my first time being in such a luxurious car so I'm a little excited.” She inwardly decided that even if Ye Qian did have another girl on the side, she wouldn't mind as long as he still loved her, she would still want to be with him. How many men weren't fickleminded? But she could feel that what Ye Qian felt for her was genuine, that Ye Qian really loved her, and that she genuinely loved him. Since there was love, then there was nothing she wasn't willing to accept.

The evening dinner ended on a warm note. This girl's cooking skills was not bad, it was very rare for girls like Lin Rou Rou who grew up in a great family to know how to cook. Ye Qian wanted to go into the kitchen to help but Lin Rou Rou refused and told him to wait in the living room.

One of Lin Rou Rou's strengths was that she was good at understanding others, this was what Ye Qian liked the most about her.

When it was time to leave, Lin Rou Rou considerately fixed Ye Qian's clothes for him. Ye Qian joked, ”Don't you hate for me to go? If you don't want to see me leave, then I should just stay.” Lin Rou Rou smiled lightly. She knew that Ye Qian was serious, if she wanted Ye Qian to stay, he would drop whatever important matters he he had to deal with and stay with her. But she replied naughtily that even though she didn't want to see him leave, she didn't dare to have a pervert like him stay in her house overnight.

After lingering for a while, Ye Qian started the car and left.

When he got back to Qin Yue's villa, Ye Qian went into the kitchen and got busy. Earlier at Lin Rou Rou's house Ye Qian wanted to help in the kitchen but Lin Rou Rou was being so considerate she wouldn't let him a.s.sist her. Ye Qian thought that since they had a lot of time in the future anyway he didn't reject Lin Rou Rou's good intentions. Ye Qian always felt that it was a pleasure to be able to cook for somebody you liked; he knew Lin Rou Rou was also thinking this way so he didn't want to deprive her of this right. He felt that when he was with Lin Rou Rou they didn't need to speak so much, both were able to tell what the other was thinking. Perhaps this was the so-called kindred-spirits.

Qin Yue arrived punctually at 9PM. Perhaps it was because Ye Qian had been so mysterious that afternoon that she did not immediately open the door and go in, but chose to knock instead.

When Ye Qian heard the knocks he left the kitchen in a flurry, took off his ap.r.o.n, and smugly made it to the door, then turned off all the lights.

Qin Yue and the others couldn't help staring blankly. Zhao Ya asked in surprise, ”Big Sister Yue, why were all the lights turned off? Could it be that a thief got in?”

Even though Qin Yue didn't know what it was for, she was still vaguely certain that this was all Ye Qian's tricks. After a moment of distraction she proceeded to knock once more.

Ye Qian slowly opened the door. The inside of the house was pitch-black, nothing could be seen. Ye Qian's figure could be faintly discerned from the moonlight, or else it would have really scared the three girls. ”Beautiful ladies, welcome, please come on in!” Ye Qian bowed like a gentleman.

Not only Qin Yue, but Hu Ke and Zhao Ya were also very astonished, they didn't know what had gotten into Ye Qian. When Qin Yue made one step into the room she discovered that there were rows of candles on the floor, it made to two parallel columns of light, leaving a path in between. Beside the candles there were lots of fresh flowers of various types. The room was also decorated very prettily, full of colorful streamers. Even more ridiculous was that Ye Qian hung a large picture of Qin Yue on the living room wall.
