”Su Yan is right, there must be a way out to resolve this puzzle.”

Long Fuzi said to comfort his younger brother who seemed as if all kinds of hopes and light abandoned him.

Long Yue right now looked no different from a deflated balloon as e stood there with his shoulders slump and his face gloomy.

The group observed their friend, Long Yue, as sadness clouded his features.

”Thank you for cheering me up guys, and sorry for causing trouble for you all.”

Long Yue said as he sported a smile on his face. It was unclear whether that smile is genuine or if he was just forcing a smile despite his sadness so that he won't worry his friends anymore.

”Oh come on, do you even have to mention that?? You're our friend. Who else should we lend our help, if not you??”

Chan Gu said as he patted the other party's back in a brotherly manner.

”Exactly, this is what friends are for...”

Fan seconded as he too looked at Long Yun encouragingly.

”Don't forget that even Schoolmaster Yin told us that he will try looking for a way to help us. Considering that it has been a while since then, I believe that we will be hearing back from him one of these days. Just be positive”

Chan Gu added when he recalled another source of help that they could turn to. When Fan Lei was reminded by the man whom they met before they left the school library, he almost slapped his own forehead.

”Right, we also met Schoolmaster Yin at the school library. Such a pity, that  we were flustered by his sudden arrival, as such we hurriedly took our leave as soon as we found the opportunity.”

”Well, it seemed that he still doesn't have any progress about it either. Since he did not bring it up when we met him just a while ago.”

Mu Lingxi said. Since Schoolmaster Yin did not mention anything about his progress when they met, it was apparent that he too was still working on it.

The group thought that they would at least have a couple of rest before they would have to set for another quest.

But reality proves them wrong. Because on that very next day, Teacher Nana asked their group of six to follow her back at Schoolmaster Yin's chamber.

Apparently, Schoolmaster Yin wants to talk with them. So as their class adviser, Teacher Nana was tasked to personally bring them in his office.

”Woah??? Why now?? Is it because he saw us at the library last night?? Is he suspecting us doing some secret mission among ourselves??”

Fan Lei asked his two other friends that accompany him last night in the library as soon as Teacher nana was out of earshot.

”Let's not hope that it is not the case. Who knows, maybe it was good news. It can be that he already got some progress on his research and he already found the cure for Luna.”

Mu Lingxi tried to sound optimistic as much as possible. But the nervous smile on her face still gives her true feeling away.

The group with Teacher Nana on their lead walk passed through several corridors before the bizarre-looking staircase came into their view.

This is the same bizarre staircase hat they took when they first visited Shoolmaster Yin's chamber. The Steps of Will is still surrounded by string fluctuation of magic just like before.
