Well, Mu Lingxi did not expect that she also had certain fame even among men.

”Well, I'm also a student from the red realm. We belong to the same class.

For some reason, Mu Lingxi did not like how the other party's words sounded.

”Huh?? What's wrong with working with part-time jobs???”

”What I mean is a lot of us did not expect that you will be doing menial jobs like this just to earn magic stones. During our class, you only talk with nobles so we though that also have equal standing with them

”Nobles??? You mean Long Yue and Long Fuzi???”

Well, so far among her friends, she was only familiar wit Long Yue ad Long Fuzi's background.”

”Not just them. But also Chan Gu, Fan Lei, and Yun Xue.”

”Err???? They were nobles as well??? How come???

”You didn't know??”

”The Long brothers, Fuzi and Yue are princes from some faraway kingdom. While Chan Gu and Yun Xue were both young masters from a prestigious clan. Fan Lei, on the other hand, is a direct disciple of a sect master from some influential sect.

”Really??? They never told me about it..”

Mu Lingxi was obviously not feigning ignorance when she said that. She honestly doesn't know that they were of such caliber.

When Cai Bo noticed how genuine the shock in the other party's voice and expression that is the only time that he realized that the other party really does have any idea about the background of the five noble.

”You have been closed to them ever since the first day of school. That is why we initially thought that you were one of them. Aside from that, you also rarely talk with anyone else.”

”They are my dormmates, so obviously I'm close to them. Besides, it not that I don't want to talk with anyone else. It is just that no one aside from them is talking to me. Since I don't have anything to say with anyone, then I don't have any chance to talk to someone else aside from them.”

Since there is no much work to do, Cai Bo and Mu Lingxi chatted for a while to kill the time.

”Well, I didn't ask them about it anyway. When we introduce ourselves with one another, we just told our names.”

Since Cai Bo was trying to act nice, Mu Lingxi just decided to play along and go with the flow. Besides she is was also curious to know the background of her dormmates.

”As I've told you already. Both Long Fuzi and Long Yue are princes from some faraway kingdom. They have been here at Magus Academia a year prior to us. They were the two most favored princes from their kingdom that is why they were sent here, instead of the crown prince”

Mu Lingxi is aware of that fact, so she was not surprised at all. What caught her interest is the identity of the other three of his friends.

”Chan Gu is of the talented young master of the Chan Clan. He is not just skilled in Archery but he also displays aptitude in magic. That is why his family devoted their resources for sending him here. His family has high regard for him despite the Chan family having many talented offsprings in the young generation because Chan Gu can easily rank among the top if compared to his peers.”

Fan Lei, on the other hand, is from Fleeting Cloud Sect. That is the most influential sect and heir expertise is swordsmanship. Aside from that, he is also the direct disciple of the sect master itself.

Last but not least is Yun Xue. He is the sole young master of their clan,  as such, he is receiving more resources compared to the other noble child that is studying here. Some even believe that Yun Xue is actually a crown price from some unknown kingdom.

When Mu Lingxi learned the background of each of her friends she was surprised. Leaving with them for half a year, she never felt intimidated by their presence even once.

Because never did they show off their lofty status or noble standings. They were all down to earth and never act haughty in front of others. Well, the cold and aloof, Yun Xue is, of course, an exemption of the rules

But what really left her bewildered is how the other party knows much about her friends.

Is he some sort of fanboy??

From how he talks about each of her friends' background in detail, it was as if he really does a thorough background check on them
