Knowing the fact that Su Yan is personally making his move just to get the information that they needed, Long Yue was left on edge.

He cannot rest easy. Not because he did not trust Su Yan, but because he was worried about his friend's safety.

Su Yan will be left fending on his own and will be acting alone. What if the Clan Head bare ill will towards him?? What if Su Yan got hurt in the process?

He cannot allow that to happen. Especially since he knew that the group is doing all of this to help him.

So he followed Su Yan secretly. Right the moment he left his manor up until he made his way towards the Mu Clan's residence in the middle of the night.

He deliberately conceals his presence so as not to get in the way to the other party's plan. He patiently waited outside and observe what his friend is up to.

When he saw Su Yan was left unscathed and walked out in one piece after having a small talk for a while with the Clan Head in his study room, that is the only time that he was able to heave a sigh of relief.

Since that is the case, he decided to approach Su Yan and personally check what happened inside the study room. If he managed to successfully get the information that they needed just like what he promised the group this afternoon.

But to his surprise, instead of meeting Su Yan, he met a different person instead.

The other party was holding the Wish Liquid that he personally gave to his friend, Su Yan.

The other party was wearing the same clothes that Su Yan was wearing this morning.

The other party responded to him when he called him Su Yan.

The other party talked to him exactly just like Su Yan and most of all, the other party gave him the same feeling of comfort and familiarity that he only felt when he is with Su Yan

But the other party does not have the face of Su Yan that he used to now.

Instead, what stood before him is his brother's fiancee!!!!

But the two stood unmoving on the spot as they stared at one another.
